My register mobile no [protected]. On 16th oct 2017 purchased led onida tv with 2yr manufacturer warranty + 2yrs extended warranty.

Unfortunately when we saw the warranty card it's was for one yr, when checked the same with vijay sales executive who sold the tv said he will delivery the extra offer warranty card in one week time but unfortunately till date i haven't received any extra offer warranty card from vijay sales.

I purchased many products in last 2yrs from vijay sales due to trust but now i feel i am loosing my trust on vijay sales commitment.

Onida led purchased from vijaysales pimpri chinchwad on 28th january 2017. Display doesn't show picture and is black since 19th october 2017. I had registered complaint on 20th october 2017. No response till date. I requested to vijaysales pimpri to provide a standby tv and take your time to resolve the problem. Not getting satisfactory response. Please look into it, and make me feel, a happy vijaysales customer.

I had given my tv which is under warranty for repairs, on the 12th of oct and still haven't heard from them, in spite of repeatedly calling them up. The customer service and care is absolutely horrible and pathetic and they make only false promises, i was promised a call back and delivery of my tv but haven't got any till date, inspite of explaining to them that i have a 3year old child in the house. Forget the service at least give me my tv back. I don't want ur service or anything to do with vijay sales.

We have purchased product whirlpool ac on 17th oct 2017 from vijay sales borivali out late and they have committed to deliver purchased product before 23rd oct 2017 but till date we haven't received any product. Also i have revisited in mentioned showroom to check delivery status but no one responded properly. Today i have called to vijay sales helpline as per there update purchased product is out of stock. It is very painfull to invest 30, 000.00 and we haven't get purchased product.

Vijay sales (Dilshad garden store) is a big time scammer company never deal with them they are just making fool of the customer and every staff will tell you a different story. Manger even don't know what is going on and they even them self not trained how to deal with the customer. Before you purchase anything fro them you should take the reviews about the vijay sales. I am getting different price for led x75 e laxmi nagar vijay sales and at the same day. How is it possible that at the same brand you will get a different price once i discussed with mr. Sanjay area manager he assured me that he would do something and nothing was done. They are just scamming people and never fulfill the commitments at the time of delivery.

I have placed an order online of videocon washing machine (Model mentioned in subject line) on 28 october as a guest id-aakash. [protected]@gmail.com. Order has been accepted and amount has already been deducted from my card but no transaction id or confirmation/reference message has ever been received by me.

I am not able to track the order placed nor i am getting any getting any confirmation.

I am calling customer care but the calls remain unattended or disconnected by some one.

I need an answer on this..

I have been sold lenovo laptop and that with and processor and i not satisfied with the product as issue with laptop and very slow and i dont want this laptop and want this laptop to be change and its not even more than 2 months and got for rs 22900. Please replay me what can be done and it was take from chinchwad branch. Please contact me on [protected].

My father have purchase a laptop for me as gift form vijay sales which is of i3 processer. But he was not aware that i need a laptop with i5processer and i was not in mumbai at the day he buy a laptop i was in jagannath puri and return on 24/10/2017.
So i am kindly requesting you to replace the laptop with a laptop have i5processer and i am ready to pay extra charge as per laptop price.
So please kindly help me it is a genuine case and you can do this small thing please.

After many follow complaint regarding new purchased acer aspire laptop 19-10-17, charger replacement complaint not resolved after 8days both seller and acer customer care, now after discussion acre sales head he told they rights with seller that if any issue in laptop it can be replaced with new laptop next day but vijay sales did not do bad service

I bought a TV from Vijay sales. The delivery was not timely. Also I was promised that the free d2h that is coming with Videocon TV will be connected the next day. I believed in it considering the name of a store. But that was my mistake. It's been 5 days since the delivery d2h is not connected yet. The worst thing is they don't even bother to receive your calls. In a week of time the call was received only once. The lady was talking like she is my customer no politeness. She promised that problem will be solved the next day. Which has not happened yet. Will wait for some more time n go to consumer forum.

I purchased a sony led tv from vijay sales on 19th october.in the box, i didn't received the warranty card provided by sony.

When their delivery boys, delivered tv they immediately took the box back with them which might have the warranty card. As soon as we found that we didnt received warranty card, i contacted them and asked to provide the same a. S. A. P.

But its more than week now and still we ddint received warranty card.
When ever we are calling them they say its going to another 8-10 days.
Due to the mistake of their delivery boys we have to go thru so much of trouble.

As we took the machine they said good but as it came to our house it wash damaged the spin buffer of it is broken and that we got to know when we first tried then only we got to know that there's a leakage if we hadn't then we would not know it. So our request is to change the washing machine. The demo man (Aurangzeb khan) also had come and he had also took our reviews....

Have a bought a led tv last week.. Till now noone has come yet to set the tv. Have called regarding this to customer care.. She told she will call me back and yet there is no call and now m calling but noone is receiving the call... May i know what to do. It's almost more then a week... The led tv is still in the box. Please kindly do needful soon... Please send your executive to set this item.

Today i visited your vasai west branch showroom. On inquiring i was told that the whirlpool magicool 1.5t royal 3s comes in only silver colour. And he made me book the silver colour. Now when i checked online with the whirlpool i am told that there are three colours available. White silver and gold. Actually i want white since silver does not match the walls. Please instruct your sales staff not to misguide customers.

This is with respect to a refrigerator that i had ordered on 8th october 2017 at vijay sales, dombivli. However the delivered product had some defects in it which i had immediately reported to the store on the same day i. E. 16th october 2016 and i was assured that it would be replaced within 2 working days. Now it has been more than a week and they have not yet replaced it. And moreover no one responds properly to the phone calls.

I bought few products like refrigerator, washing machine, gas cook stove and tv. I got them delivered on the next day as promised but am still waiting for there installation post 1 week of delivery. While purchasing the product, i was promised to get it installed the very next day but that didn't happen. I have been continuously trying to connect with their customer care and centres but all in vain. Most of their lines are busy or no one picks up. For others, they say they are looking into it and will revert back but unfortunately no one replies back.

As a consumer, i feel cheated.in order to sell their products, they give false installations dates and have a pathetic customer care.

I m continuous trying to call but no one is reciving and 3 days ago i buy 43 inch samsung led but no one is still coming for install my LED ..i want it will do fast in one day.i want this install will complete in 1 day...is too late i think so i want u will provide fast servies and i want you will complete my installation today bcause i want fast servies. I want my problem will solve today its kind request because its 6 days and its not good service i think

With reference to the above mobile i would like to inform u that i have purchased 50 inches lcd tv from vijay sales palm beach on 18/10/2017 through bajaj finance for rs.33, 400. I had purchased the above lcd on one condition which i spoke to the executive patil at the time of buying that delivery the next day and installation the next day. The executive agreed and said that it will be done.
I recd the above lcd on 19/10/2017 and was waiting for installation at home as i had taken a holiday as iam physically challenged and work for a call center on shift duty. I waited till 5 pm and since no one had come i called [protected] and they infomred me that installation wont be possible today. I was bit suprised and called vashi show room [protected] but to my suprised no one picked up. I made a mistake from purchasing from vijay sales. I should have purchased from arcee electronics which gives delivery and installation at the same date.
I am very much disappointed by vijay sales rude behaviour and i will put this to my twitter ac also for making false promises.
