1) we first received delivery of the tv in end june’17. As i was not at home at the time of delivery, we later noted that the packing was severely damaged and seemed to have been exposed to rain/moisture. As we feared that the tv inside may be damaged, we requested replacement of the same. After a lot of follow up, we were provided a replacement tv on 12/7/17

2) the tv was installed at our new residence by panasonic authorised personnel on 1st september 2017. At the time of installation, when the tv was unpacked from the box, there was a scratch on the top rim which was noted by us as well as panasonic personnel. When we queried regarding the same, it was dismissed by panasonic personnel stating this was cosmetic in nature and did not affect the performance of the tv
Panasonic personnel subsequently asked for many changes to the wall background/tv unit so that the tv could be installed. A lot of these were deemed unnecessary but as we were in a hurry due to house warming puja on 3/9, we reluctantly made those changes
Subsequently, panasonic personnel installed the tv on the wall unit. However, he did not even switch on the tv to confirm to us the condition of the tv, or demonstrate the various features of the tv. He promised to return after 1-2 days and complete that part of the installation. However, there was no further communication from panasonic side.
In preparation of our moving into our new house, when we switched on the tv on 12/9, we noted that while there were no external damages, but the screen was showing a crack and we have then informed vijay sales of the same vide email dated 13/9/17
3) it is clear from the above and without doubt that we have received a defective product with a cracked screen/panel as even before we started using the same, it was showing a crack.
We have been waiting for replacement of the said defective product for more than 3 weeks now but we do not see any signs of vijay sales accepting responsibility to stand behind the product supplied by them and provide service to their customer.

We have moved to the new house on 16/9/17 but without a tv in the living room and this is causing us a lot of inconvenience and mental agony.
Subsequent to the above, we have made several phone calls to vijay sales and also visited chembur branch on 15/9/17 and 17/9/17. However, regret there has been no confirmation from their side regarding replacement of the defective product supplied by them.

In such a situation, we question what is vijay sales role in the supply chain? If they cannot solve consumer issues with the supplied product then why should a consumer buy from them?

    We purchased hitachi ac from vijay sales opera house, where the installation break up with cost provided to us in writing. Now the installation team of hitachi is asking for extra charges for drilling the extra whole in the wall (No info was given to us abt. It orally or written)

    We called vijay sales customer care on this issue, where they said it is part of hitachi company policy (Which vijay sales were unaware of) to charge extra for extra drilling whole (No ref. Document or paper shared with us while purchasing)

    Your local team has called & informed that a technician will come for the inspection of drills done in the wall, but they did not come. Surprising that how a customer complain is tackled at reputed companies like HItachi.

    Don't know how much patients will be tested here for the refund of INR 1000.

      Mobile number: [protected]. First complain lodged was on 31st august but later i found my complaint number was lost somewhere. Again complained on 19th sept and still until today no one visited us. Just today some technician came and diagnosed part issue and it will take 1 week for part to order and come and i don't know how much more time for repair.

      Since past 1 month even after continuous followup the technicians are not coming. At the time of purchase there are so many promises of services and all but its a shame and we are cheated on this.

      Please consider this as a high escalation email and take strong action against such a horrific support and lack of trust.

        From last two days i have visited two shops of vijay sales. At first shop in rohini, staff added various unauthorized amount and even didn't informed us. When i enquired about it they said it is processing fee. I left the shop without any purchase. After that i visited second shop at janakpuri. Here the situation was even worst. After making payment i was forced to cancel it and they reversed the amount into my account which i have not go yet. A person named jitendra was highly unprofessional and very rude in nature. I was told that with a dell 5567 i will get a bag of dell but after billing they gave me a bag of jbl which was very bad in quality. Then he asked me to return the product and reversed the amount. Then i contacted to his senior. I was really shocked to see that even senior was not able to deliver any response. Is it a joke. What kind of service do you provide. They wasted my 2 hrs for such unnecessary drama. Being a lawyer i want a strict action against them or i will file a complaint in consumer court.

          I have complaint around 2 and a half weeks ago about my tv not working but to no avail, call backs have been promised but no call has come from them. Spoke to hiten from customer service who was outright arrogant and rude. They encourage you to buy their vise tv promising exceptional customer service, but this is the worst service i have ever rec'd.

            I had purchased haier tv from vasai west vijay sales.. Person name amir just lied to us.. Whn i told him vil chk n let him know in 30min.. He called me before sales he spoke very nicely n after tht whatever he told all was fake promise and now he is nt rec the call..
            He said installation vil b done by tuesday but no response from him.. It's very bad to knw tht sales person sale things by giving fake commitments

              on 26th September 2017, i called on store of Vijay sales and speak to the branch Manager and they are not ready to take this product. we have still not use that product Or not we have put any SIM card in that phone.

              Thereby, we are returning the product and would request you to do the refund of our amount at the earliest. Hope you understand and would take a prompt action in this regard. We are not interested in any kind of replacement, as of now

                I had purchased vise split ac 2 years ago, when it was installed it was of a very low quality (Standard installation free) when requested it was said it is good, since the nit has been giving me problems and least is done, worst is that the complain nos do not respond. Now my ac is not working and nobody has come to repair, if its not done within 2 working days i will send it to consumer court as i being the president of consumer forum

                  I have purchased a nokia 3 on 10 sept 2017 and its not 15 days the phone dispay is not working i am able to get the sound and if i touch the display it vibrates but it's black screen there is no physical damage on the entire phone, this is first time i have purchased from vijay sales. Really disappointed

                    I had ordered a vise remote. The delivery itself got delayed by atleast 1 week.
                    I got call from paud road branch, pune from uma (Cust service desk) that the remote has arrived. She told me the cost is 500. When i went to the store, she told no card, only cash. She should have informed the same on the phone (Lack of responsibility). I believe the service centre too is a part of vijay sales! Why cant you guys accept card? Go digital totally! I didnt know vijay sales is still so backward!
                    When i came home, found the remote is of a different model (Bad service)
                    Today when i again went to the store (Paud road branch, pune) there was some different lady at the desk. She handed me another remote & said this is the one. I raised my voice. I went to mr. Kunal (Branch manager). He was so adamant in his behaviour... Gosh! He prooved me that customer is always wrong. No sense of customer respect, convincing power, huge lack of politeness! I insisted that they re-verify the remote, however i was assured that this would work. After i went irate, they took 20 mins for testing that "so called replaced new remote". Then found that "that" remote too was not compatible with my registered model.
                    What the s*t is going on? What is the service centre doing? Why are such dumb people recruited without product knowledge. Why are such branch managers hired who dont know how to handle the team & customers (Irate maybe)
                    It is not that i have bought just a tv for 20k... My spends at vijay sales just last year have been more than 3 lacs! & this is the service that we get!
                    This message will be going wild on social media. I guarantee that with word of mouth, i willcut down customers of vijay sales drastically. Good luck... Cheers!

                      I had purchased lg refrigerator from vijay sales borivali in october 2014. This refrigerator stopped working from last 1 week. On saturday 16th sept 2017 i had registered complaint in customer care of vijay sales borivali by personally visit. Ms. Sana registered complaint in diary and promised operator will work within 3 days. Nobody attend complaint in 4 days so today i called to customer care borivali. First they checked complaint and ignored that i had registered complaint and after checking there data also ignored that i had purchased refrigerator from vijay sales. They refused to take complaint and given number of lg to contact directly. This is injustice to customer. I having bill with me. I have bill from vijay sales with me to prove it.

                        Technician visit to place : 05-sep-17

                        Technician informed about timer problem, assured to replace the timer the next day i. E 06-sep-17 & took rs.500 advance. On 06-sep-17, when called, technician informed the timer is not available in stock so 2 days is required. After that i cald the technician on 09-sep-17, he dint not pick the call. On 11-sep-17, i cald vijayasales cc they informed they will give feedback which i dint get. After visiting vijaysales panvel & after daily followup over phone to both cc & technician, still my problem is not resolved & inspite of reminding cc i was not getting the feedback.

                        Once again visited vijayasales on 17-sep-17, the floor manager spoke in a very careless manner as if vijayasales is not involved in service when i asked him about refund. Finally he informed & assured me to give feedback on 18-sep-17. As per his words i have got call, cc have informed to resolve the timer issue by 20-sep-17.

                        Requesting you if same is not done kindly refund.

                        Hence forth i wont be buying any product from vijayasles as i came to know your carelessness.

                          I had reaching almost all the no. S that are flashing on your website though unable to reach any of the same.

                          I had purchased electrolux 3 star ac from vijay sales in april 2017 and its still in warrantee, borivali outlet i have lost the original copy of the bill, and now i am facing some issues with the ac. Can you check whether i can get the duplicate of the bill as the electrolux center is not willing to look for further repairing etc.

                              Tv failed under warranty, i lodged a complaint for the same on 16th july’17. Service request no sur[protected] was generated.

                              After 2 months of lodging complaint, i don’t know when will my tv be replaced?
                              I don’t know what’s the role of dealer? Every time i contact, i am given a new date only. But i am not getting positive response at all.

                              I am staying in surat from last 12 years and have procured all electronics goods from your store only.

                                I would like to inform you that till date[protected] we complaint 5-6 times for services & from eureka forbes people serviced it & we are frequently facing same issue like product hitting, water not coming even after services given by service provider.

                                I think product having some technical problem so kindly replace it asap.

                                  Vide invoice no104-gw05-16siaaouf 56 dated[protected], the authorized company whos installations done from outside of company (Outsourcing) premises, we had complained from last 8 days for non-cooling to re-arrange the ac unit installed, but the concern engg. Are reply or visit after 2-3 days from complaint even after visit if they found an issue then again we have to approach (As instruct by verification engineer) to vijay sales customer care, then again after call to cc we inform that the company will call u back when their engg will come.

                                  Is just ridiculous to attend, please be just discuss the service guarantee from vijay sales before purchase their own branded ac

                                    I am very disappointed with vijay sales, uttam nagar (New delhi) store. I have puchased a ifb washing machine on sunday, sep 03, 2017 from there though they have delivered it on same day as i bought it for a gifting purpose. They have told me that their will be someone coming for installation on next day, now it's been a 2 days & noone has came for it. I had a word twice with store customer care but still nothing favourable has been done.

                                      I am very disappointed with vijay sales prabhadevi showroom.i had purchased a water purifier from your prabhadevi showroom on 15 Aug2017 since my earlier water purifier which was also bought from same place and stop functioning within one year.The reason given was as i stay on fourth floor water pressure is less and i require a water pump or booster otherwise my water purifier will not work properly.Your representative Ms Sakshi Mr Satish suggested that we should buy aquasure aquagurd as it is the only model with inbuilt water pump so i don't have to buy an extra pump.They also told us that we may get a delayed delivery as this model is in demand. We waited for one week and after several phone calls about the status we received a piece which with outer appearance only anyone can say is a second hand or showroom piece.(No company will pack their factory made piece upside down with crude taping).
                                      I immidiately complain back and Ms Sakshi assured us that wevwill get a replacement next day. Today is 3rd Sep17 and so far i have not received any replacement. Even today i called up 3-4 times and everytime your representative said driver is on the way.I stay merely half an hour away from you prabhadevi showroom.
                                      I hearby now stating that if i will not get the proper replacement or full refund within 24 hours i have no choice but to approach cosumer court with all the facts

                                        Dear team,

                                        Just now i have received a call from mumbai andheri branch and they said we will pay your rs 500 amount and they have taken my card number details and they have debited rs 500 from my account.

                                        I want my debited amount and my balance amount also otherwise i will right a mail to vijay sales md in grivence.

                                        Kindly check call recording, i have received a call on [protected] from nunber [protected] and now this person is not receiving a call.
                                        Vijay Sales customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Worst service and product.
                                        I ordered 5 product which was suppose to be delivered on 1 September together.
                                        Few product received in parts. That too were defective product.
                                        And still awaiting for 2 product. Which was told to be delivered on 4 September.

                                        Just hopeless service and experience.
