I had ordered a vise remote. The delivery itself got delayed by atleast 1 week.
I got call from paud road branch, pune from uma (Cust service desk) that the remote has arrived. She told me the cost is 500. When i went to the store, she told no card, only cash. She should have informed the same on the phone (Lack of responsibility). I believe the service centre too is a part of vijay sales! Why cant you guys accept card? Go digital totally! I didnt know vijay sales is still so backward!
When i came home, found the remote is of a different model (Bad service)
Today when i again went to the store (Paud road branch, pune) there was some different lady at the desk. She handed me another remote & said this is the one. I raised my voice. I went to mr. Kunal (Branch manager). He was so adamant in his behaviour... Gosh! He prooved me that customer is always wrong. No sense of customer respect, convincing power, huge lack of politeness! I insisted that they re-verify the remote, however i was assured that this would work. After i went irate, they took 20 mins for testing that "so called replaced new remote". Then found that "that" remote too was not compatible with my registered model.
What the s*t is going on? What is the service centre doing? Why are such dumb people recruited without product knowledge. Why are such branch managers hired who dont know how to handle the team & customers (Irate maybe)
It is not that i have bought just a tv for 20k... My spends at vijay sales just last year have been more than 3 lacs! & this is the service that we get!
