I have purchased a whirlpool washing machine from Vijay Sales Chembur on 14th May 2017. In a 15 days its stop functioning. I has raised complaint and against which engineer visited my house and suggested me to replace one part, but then I insisted to replace washing Machine only as don't want such faulty product which stopped functioning. After 3 days I followed up with Vaijay sales call center and Whirlpool service center too for update on case and since then I am doing same. 10 days back Service center guy has asked me to share invocie copy, which was never shared with me due to confusion while initial bill at vijay sales branch. since last 10 days I am chasing with both these team to get invoice, but they are not providing me the same. Vijay sales branch is not have curtsy to pick the customers call, I tried calling there branch landline which is [protected] almost more than 20 times, but they never picked my call. I called their customer care, they asked me to contact Vaijay Sales Chembur branch. Now I am really frustrated.

Updated by Bhawesh Nare After the complaint on consumer forum, Both Vijay Sales and Service center peoples called me on 1st July 2017 and informed me that I will get replacement within 7 days, now it's been 10 days and Still I am waiting to get replacement.

Updated by Bhawesh Nare It's 17th July Today and still neither got any update on my above complaint nor got replacement. Trying to call Service center guy but not picking my call since 4 days.
