Kindly note that i had booked lg led 43lh547a on 25/06/2017 from vijay sales bhandup lbs marg which was to be delivered on 29/06/2017. However the product is not delivered till date and i am being given false promise of delivery from vijay sales. Code:[protected] v. No. 119-bhp06-17so 1791. I had made payment by cheque which is cleared on 27/06/2017. I do not see any valid reason for non delivery of led tv. Kindly take appropriate action at the earliest.

Hi we booked a whirlpool refrigerator at vijay sales store m2k rohini delhi we were told that it would be delivered in 10 days when we try and call this store and try to get update they give us multiple excuses that they will have their manager call us back but no one calls and give us exact update. We have got the loan approved from bajaj and we have paid the down payment of 10, 000/- rupees. Please look into this matter and let us know if vijay sales can deliver us our refrigerator or not

I recently bought a hitachi window a/c from vijay sales who said that rs. 500 would be installation charges where the hitachi company person would do the installation + fill up gaps in the window. Now hitachi people are charging rs. 550 for installation and additional money to fill the gaps. When we are calling vijay sales, central market, lajpat nagar, delhi, they are not picking up the phones or the phones are all busy.

I bought tv on last sunday dt.02/07/2017 and also carry tv by myself and sales person told me that installation of tv may take 3 working days. But after 8 days also, the installation is not done. I am irritated by making calls and asking for the same. Please take some action on this. So much time is wasted to make calls and follow up and everyone told the diffrenet dates.

I had purchased a elica hob and Baja otg on 25/06/2017 and they had told it will deliver with in 3 or 4 days but yet I have not yet received n I calling on costomer Care no. No one is answering my cal an as wel on vijay sales no at vasai 6458088 no answer an on 6458087/84 is off plz let me know when I wil get my things.

I placed my order on 30th june 2017 for a panasonic LCD tv and made on spot cash payment of 51000 on same day, i was told that i will my get delivery till 7th july 2017 on or before today it is 10th june 2017 still there is no response from any vijay sales representative or customer service nor they are picking up call nither goregaon east store is picking up the call. Is this is kind of service you provide?? till now i have purchase almost...

We Purchased a Panasonic AD from Vijay sales on dated 18 June 2017.

Even after repeated follow ups no one has come to install split AC.

We would like to get refund or get our AC installed on immediate note.

I purchased a VISE LED TV 32" in April 2016. The TV started giving trouble right from the month of June 2016, than in Oct, Dec, Jan 2017, June'17 (complaint no. 1706-B231424) and in July '17 too. I am greatly dis-satisfied with the quality of the LED and I require a replacement right away. The LED has come with a warranty of 3 yrs which seems to be nearly impossible with 6 complaints relating to main board in a year.

I had given order of whirlpool refrigerator on 25th June 2017 from Borivli west, Mumbai branch. But still it is not yet delivered and delivery date was mentioned as before 5th July on the slip. Plus there is no communication from Vijay Sales for the reason in delay and customer care number is never reachable. Will never purchase anything from Vijay Sales further. If you are unable to deliver, kindly refund my money with interest. It's a hard earned money.

Split Vise AC 1.5 Tonnes 5 STAR purchased on 27.06.2015.bill no 242-MNG06-15SIADNF-217.
OUR AC UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD STOPPED COOLING..
Complaint was lodged in April 2017 .Service provider visited but of no use. We suffered a lot since April2017 till date.
We are very dissatisfied since we understand that the company has no other option but to replace AC.
Please arrange to replace. Regret to say that legal action against Vijay sales is the only option.

I have bought a onida tv from vijay sales bhandup west. Have called and requested for installation but no response received.

The most important thing is no one answers the phone in the vijay sales bgandup west outlet. Yoir cusyomer care number for mumbai os not working. Are you guys aware of this or u have done that purposely.

U are a service provider and the most important thing in your business is attending to customers. So far i have not seen that quality. Its pathetic service where u dont even answer the calls and the customer care number is not even working.

Bought one TV from Vijay Sales on 30th of june.today 4th of July still its not installed. No one even bothered to call or investigate.
No call centre number is available.
Sales man from MG Road Guragon (Kanwar) is also never picks up phone.
3rd class/rotten service you people have.

Have purchased videocon washing machine on 30th june, 2017 sales team mentioned delivery date 1july2017 on voucher and assurance given by team that it will be delivered on given date ie. 1July 2017
Bt delivery has not yet done! Today is 3rd july and i talked almost every person on sales team at jacubpura branch on phone and personally went there.Mr.Saini, nitesh, Mr.gyan almost everyone and they are giving next date every time m talking to them.One more excuse they have is GST updation on system.Vijay sales is huge company then why they have not set and update their system 3 day before?

Also observed when i was purchasing product, sales manager was giving preferance to their relatives/friends and giving them heavy discount on washing machine and other products(because it was 30th june last date of GST clearance and discount).this is the way they treat consumers and make fool.

I am writing this because i dont want product now as you guys dont have commitments.I want my money back asap same requested today on jacubpura branch.

Vijay sales customer care has been delaying on attending the leakage issues that we have been facing since the start. The AC is under warranty please replace it. Last few times the AC was serviced and it still leaks after a few days and now the frequency of leakages has increased. Since last 7 days I have been calling the customer care to attend but no one has still paid heed to it. Please do the needful at the earliest or earn a bad name for yourself in the market!!

We bought Electrolux 2 ton Ac from Vijay Sales tax invoice dated 29may 2017 v number 156-swr05-17si6309 order number 104-gw05-17sot 654 customer code[protected].

since the day of installation the Ac is causing trip of entire electricity system of the house. number of times the ac technician and electrician have paid visits done some things but the problem is not getting solved and we are not able to use the ac at all .

company customer care only takes the complaint and keep sending technicians without yielding any further results.
kindly help.

Per attached invoice copy dt.24.06.2017 the product sony dvd home theater was delivered to my home address in thane on 26.06.2017 (Delay of 1 day) & was assured that within 2 working days it shall be installed.

Today after delay of 5 days till now the above mentioned product is not installed & lying in the sealed box. Have followed up last 5 days to the maximum efforts to solve the issue asap. Today afternoon through teleconference call between vijay sales ghodbunder br & sony center thane assuring me by 7pm the responsible person shall visit my home & do the needful for installation of the said product.

But it did not happen & the vendor did'nt had any courtesy to inform me why the deadline was not met.. So i again through phone informed vijay sales showroom tel # +[protected] made an humble request to send their transport to collect back the said product & issue me a credit note by tomorrow 03.07.2017.

Would also request your office to look into my pending issue & inform the vendor to issue me a credit note asap after collection of the said product from my home address as above.

Your co-operation in this regards shall be highly appreciated.

I, kannu pandey purchased a new window blue star a/c on[protected] against the retail invoice v. No. 362-uip06-17rsiaof 198 of rs. 27200. You had delivered an old a/c packed in a new box and installed on[protected].in the evening when i returned from my office and checked the a/c, i was shocked to see an old a/c without plug having scratched and dusty surface. For refrence i'm providing you the images of the installed a/c. I request you to change and install a new a/c today.

Very much worst service from vijay sales.
I have ordered a Symphony HI Cooli Personal Air Cooler (31 Litres) online from vijay sales on 25th june, 2017.
Its been 7 days from placement of order but But delivery has not yet done! Today is 1st july!! I am trying to call since when.they have not responded to any query.. I converted payment mode to EMI. after approval, EMI can be cencelled

I have purchased a whirlpool washing machine from Vijay Sales Chembur on 14th May 2017. In a 15 days its stop functioning. I has raised complaint and against which engineer visited my house and suggested me to replace one part, but then I insisted to replace washing Machine only as don't want such faulty product which stopped functioning. After 3 days I followed up with Vaijay sales call center and Whirlpool service center too for update on case and since then I am doing same. 10 days back Service center guy has asked me to share invocie copy, which was never shared with me due to confusion while initial bill at vijay sales branch. since last 10 days I am chasing with both these team to get invoice, but they are not providing me the same. Vijay sales branch is not have curtsy to pick the customers call, I tried calling there branch landline which is [protected] almost more than 20 times, but they never picked my call. I called their customer care, they asked me to contact Vaijay Sales Chembur branch. Now I am really frustrated.

I booked the above fridge on[protected] and it was delivered on[protected] after lots of follow up. But it 's door is misaligned and for which it is not useful for me. I informed to sales person of vijay sales shop sec-29 gurgaon to replace immediately. My old fridge was taken out on exchange basis from my home. So my family is facing problem to preserve cooking food.
Kindly help to replace this faulty fridge immediately.
