@VSSupport_ purchased Samsung washing machine on 6/1/2019 with extended warranty of 2 years by paying 1949. In October 2022, my washing machine had some issues and somehow i couldn't connect to vijay sales and called directly to samsung customer care for visit. samsung Engineer visited and charged rs 590, which he said will be refunded from vijay sales as my extended warranty is still going on.. now when i visited vijay sales they declined to refund. One lady there told that if you buy new washing machine i will give extra discount of 590 but if you're not buying then will not refund anything.. please help me get refund..

I bought this machine worth Rs 55000/ in 2018. In 2019, It got repaired due to some reason. Again in 2022 October, It is not working. They sent technician.He was asking 25000/ for repairing charges.I paid 800/ for visiting charge as well as 500/ for tempo charges. Already paid 1300Rs. I asked for details of charges for damaged parts.I had a talk with Siemens head of our area also. Nobody is taking responsibility..If we go there to buy products, they keep on calling us everyday for purchasing. Very pathetic service. I ll not recommend anyone to purchase from Vijay Sales. Specially Piplod- Surat branch

We have purchased LG Washing Machine 10kg from Vijay Sales Thane Maharashtra now after 3 years the machine is started giving electric shocks from its front chrome panel.We had taken extended warranty also from Vijay Sales but they are unable to provide us with the solution for the issue.The inlet from where water comes in washing machine from there the electric shock is originated and spread across all the front panel.

Pls help us to resolve the issue

On 9 th september i got a defective hp laptop from vijaysales and i raise complaint for same. But still no update on that. Buying online from vijay sales is worst decision i think.

Complain register on 8 September but not resolved now also.tecncian told befor 3 day the will come tomorrow and now he also not picking the phone.ac is now working before 6 days.my family can't sleep proper before 6 days.so plz help and resolve the problem.

I have purchased samsung led tv in month of May 2022. It was installed after the 5 days of purchase
Within 2 months of purchase our tv has got dead. It's not working.
We have raised the complaint for the replacement of tv on 6 aug 2022 . The service team from your end is insisting us for the change of panel.
As the tv is completely dead we have received a defaulter piece we request to kindly do the needful and replace it as soon as possible.
We don't want to put a panel rather than we need a replacement for it..

The above complaint was raised since 15 days from our end we haven't received any reply nor any resolution to our complaint. At the time of purchase of product the sales person of Vijay sales are very proactive to do sales and earn rewards but when it comes to the service they are not replying nor attending our queries.
We want resolution to our complaint asap and we will be raising our query to the consumer court if not taken any instant step to resolve it.
It's the worst experience with the Vijay sales as they are very happy when their product are sold but doesnt give proper service to the customer.
They have been fooling us it will be resolved but it's month now to our query raised. We would request you to solve it asap

Bought a Panasonic a/c from them, struggled for emi challenges, product demo. Neither Panasonic cared nor Vijay sales

Yet bought an AO Smith water purifier. Wrong pricing given as best challenged pricing. My mistake of trusting them anyways. Installation still not done.

Called AO SMITH customer care, Vijay sales customer care but seems no one cares.

Are these OEMs also so unresponsive and hopeless or they have a special treatment for Vijay sales customers in lines with the way Vijay sales treats and handles customer post a sale is completed ?

There is no response from staff to the customers the are list boughter about the customer and not even replying the customer. I need iphone 11 128 gb. Continously I am asking for the help not reply to me.

I had purchased a Sony television on 17th September 2019 . They sold me 2 years extended warranty under the tagline that it is owned by Sony. And never disclosed the ownership by Third party, Onsitego. Since the day I have purchased this product, I am having night mares dealing with Samsung India and Onsitego. Vijay sales has washed away their hands after selling the product and extended warranty on false terms. Vijay sales is a team of cheaters and liars. A strict action should be taken against them.
We need a replacement of television
We are not ready to waste time on your team members who are knowledge less to solve consumer problem.
I am continuously contacting your team, onsite go from 27th july till now they didn't why we are facing problem and even though we are sharing video clips of the same.

I bought several products from vijay sales hauzkhas delhi on 27th august

AC and washing machine turned out defective not yet replace even after several calls to dealer

Need to be replaced

I purchased freeze on 27/08/2022
delivered with broken door on 28/08/2022 i send it back
another day delivery on 29/08/2022 but freeze is not working.
all time defected piece send by u
now replace it today only otherwise get me my money back

I am Faizul Qureshi, last year in 2021 lockdown time I have bought a Brand New Daikin AC with VS+ Extended Warranty from Vijay Sales.

Now after completing 1 year my AC stops working. Then I complained about this issue to Vijay sales support team as I have VS + 2 years extended warranty with them.

After complaining, engineers from Vijay sales service partner Onsitego visited my house to get the AC repaired. But instead of fixing it, it completely damaged my AC indoor unit.

Now after more than 3 weeks in a row with Vijay's sales teams over email and call I haven't found a solid solution to this.

I am still living in my house without AC because of worst consumer service provided by Vijay sales and Onsitego.

I am experiencing the worst customer service ever by Vijay Sales Support Team. and hope no one experiences that.

I recommended no one buy VS+Extended Service from them to avoid this kind of experience.

It is brought to your kind notice that I bought a Samsung Refrigerator of 415 Liters from your Vijay Sales Vishala Branch on 14th of August which was delivered on 16th of August. While unboxing it we found that there was a dent on the refrigerator door (Picture Attached).

We didn't accepted it and delivery person took it back saying that a new refrigerator would be delivered to us within 2 day's. I'm continuously following up with Vijay Sales Vishala Branch and till now i haven't received my refrigerator.

Few minutes back i had a conversation with Mr.Tapan Patel from Vishala Branch and he handed over my call to one lady who is handling godown. She told me that this particular model is out of stock and has placed an order in Samsung for it and it will take more 2 days.

Our old refrigerator is not working since 13th August that's why we have make the plan to get the new one.
Did we made any mistake!!! By purchasing it from Vijay Sales ...Is this the service you are providing to customer? It's so disappointing!!!

Kindly do the needful ASAP...

Bought few airdopes from Vijay sales website, order got placed successfully and payment amount got deducted.
Next day, customer service guys calls and rudely says your order will be cancelled as this much units we cant fulfill and your money will be refunded after certain percentage of deduction.
So just because of their poorly maintained website, I would have to incur the loss. Such FRAUD and DISAPPOINTING BEHAVIOR from VIJAY SALES, better to go for some better brand.

I have lost my invoice copy now i face issue in my product and need duplicate invoice.

please help.
