Vijay Sales — bajaj juicer | |||
Hello Team, I have purchased a juicer from Vijay Sales, Hinjawadi branch. However, on returning to home I come to know that my brother has already bought one for me as a Rakhi gift. I immediately called up the store customer care (which was within one hour). The lady named "Pramila" listened to my problem and asked me to come over store. She will refund the amount after talking to her manager. I tried reaching her on that day but it was already 7:30 PM. It will take atleast 1.5 hour to reach there. So I postponed my visit to the store to next day. However since I need to go to China in next 15 days and I had issues with my passport, I was not able to go yesterday also. Today I had asked my brother to return it. However the lady changed from her words and said we can only exchange this. I talked with her manager "Dashrath" and he said we dont trust you words rather we trust our internal personnel and disconnected my phone saying we will not return the product That is how you behave to your customer. The manager didnot even bother to answer any of my questions and handed my phone to brother. Can you please explain this kind of behavior. And yes if you cant explain this, then please keep the product to yourself I dont even need your damn refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
