Vijay Sales — complaint about new mobile

I have purchased new phone redmi note 4 from your pune branch (Seasons mall, hadapsar). Facing problem from day 1 but not able to connect any number of any store in pune. I want to return my phone. Problems are as follows-
1. Radiation issue. (As i answer the call, i started headache)
2. No fingerprint option in setting menu.
Even i checked auto fingerprint test by dialing *#*#64663#*#* and test result was fail.

Updated by gvuplenchwar I got mail from Vijay Sales to Visit service centre. I visited and come to know that I was facing real problem of High Radiation. I ask to change handset but they refuse by saying we don't have rights to do such and just change internal part.
I am not satisfied with this.
Here I am attaching is the copy of replaced part.
