Vijay Sales — Daikin AC 1.8 Ton found defective at the time of installation | |||
We purchased a Daikin AC from Vijay Sales on 23.01.21. The AC was received and after few days Daikin people came and installed it. Immediately after installation, on checking, Daikin people noticed problems in the compressor. So they called their engineers and they also noticed the same problems which they mentioned in the installation report. Now Vijay Sales is not arranging replacement, instead they are forcing us to allow Daikin engines to do some more inspection. Daikin is already claiming that, part of the problems is only a design issue. We feel that Daikin is trying to find excuses and so they want to visit us again. The installation report is sent to Vijay sales and also sent emails explaining the facts. Because if the corona also we don’t want people continue to visit us. As of now there is no positive response from Vijay Sales. Requesting Vijay sales to help us positively. Was this information helpful? | |||
