With reference to the above subject, I would like to bring to your notice that, I had purchase the above mention model on 05/03/2017 with 5 year warranty period. After 6 months of purchase the panel had been replace for almost 4 times till date excluding other complains like black light . etc...You can check the record with my registered mobile number. Apart from this service is so worst that neither Vijay sales customer care nor the Philips customer care representative address the issues. Recently my Phillips TV stop functional as usual. For last 20 days I am putting my efforts, requesting them for replacing the model, Since for last 3 and 1/2 year. We are fed up. Every time they take almost a month to return the TV back. A gentle reminder to you all, Phillips technician had reported the complaint 2 weeks ago from the date, yet problem not resolved till today by both Vijay and Philips vendors.
