Vijay Sales — delivery of damaged washing machine samsung 11kg top load | |||
I have purchased samsung washing machine 11kg top load on 29th oct 2017 and the machine got delivered on 30th oct 2017. Engineer visited on 31st oct 2017 and installed the machine and provided us the demo. The machine has damages in the bottom and back. The engineer didn't inform us on the damages. Today we noticed the damages of the same and tried calling vijay sales customer care[protected]. No one is responding the calls. Please suggest what is the process of replacement of the machine.
