Vijay Sales — electrolux split ac: poor service experience and behaviour of vijay sales representatives. | |||||
Sir/Madam This is to inform you that I Apoorva Chugh purchased an Electrolux split AC model no ES18Q4I ON 20th March 2018 from Vijay Sales, Indirapuram. Since last week(05/07/2018) the cooling went down. We called the customer care for our service requirements. They sent us a service engineer (cell: [protected]) with no knowledge of the services he had to provide and due to his negligence the AC went down. I tried to reach him again to ask the problem. After 3 hours and 10-15 calls the service engineer came back and told us that inside panel has gone down and will come the next day to change the part. Again the next day after calling the service centre numerous times they again sent two service engineers and they told us that outer panel has fused out and again they will need a day to get the part. During all this the service centre agent Mr. Mohammed Shafi (cell: [protected]) was extremely rude and kept disconnecting the calls. In this weather with excruciating heat how is one supposed to stay without an AC, and that too without any of our mistake. I am highly disappointed with the behaviour of Vijay Sales representatives and I seek help as we cannot bear this much heat. Please look into this matter on urgent basis because such behaviour is not acceptable. For your reference I've attached the bill as well. I expect a quick response.
