Dear vijay sales team, We have purchased new hp laptop from your malad store on 03rd sep'18. Since that time i'm struggling to start the laptop and it is not working since that time. I have tried to connect with you/your team but no positive response and unprofessional attitude. Also, communicated us to connect hp team as this is a software issue and we just take-care of sale and not for the resolution. I'm seriously surprised, being a big partner how you excuse from supporting the customer. This is highlighly unprofessional and not customer supportive. Unhappy with the support and overall experience... For any discussion, you may connect to ms. Priyanka - [protected] Request someone from the team to look into this matter, on a higher priority basis. If not, request to replace/ refund the amount as this asset is of no use to us and taken all our time and energy alot. Appreciate your kind support & action on this.
