We have purchase sky world smart tv, haier refrigerator & jbl 2.1 sound system from your chakala shop on 15.08.2019 & delver on 25th august 2019. At the time of start jbl 2.1 sound system we noticed that some system error or remote problem, hence we immediately contact your branch / customer care support team to resolve this issue. But after several reminders over a phone call no any technician or representative visited our home to resolve the issue. We got some call's from your/jbl representative to visit our home but no one visited at our home last 15-20 days. I fill this was bad experience for me after paying such amount for jbl system & no one try to resolve the issue, no any proper response received from your customer care team. Hence i clearly instructed your customer care team / shop re-representative on 18.9.2019 arrange technician to resolve the issue before saturday (21.09.2019) otherwise if you fail to resolve issue than collect this jbl system from my house & reimburse the same amount immediately. I am regular customer for vijay sales, but this type of service never seen in my life. Such a horrible experience after paying such amount. Yesterday jbl representative reached at my home in absence of me. But i am not satisfied with such type of service Please arrange your person to collect only jbl 2.1 system from my home & reimbursed payment immediately Was this information helpful? | |||
