[Resolved] Vijay Sales — jbl 2.1 soundbar not working after 10 days of purchase | |||||
I had purchased this jbl 2.1 soundbar from vs prabhadevi mumbai on 22nd march 2018. 03rd april 2018, just about 10 days later, the subwoofer stopped working, as it goes into sleep/standby mode perpetually. (Worked perfectly for 10 days) 04th april 2018 at 11:00 am, called vs customer care and raised complaint and was given many promises that within 48 hrs someone would attent to this problem from jbl. No complaint tracking number given, nor does this reflect on the myvs app which i was told to download (Waste of time) your useless app! Today it is 06th april 2018 and finall received soft copy of invoice after much headache. I shudder to think how long you folks will take to get my non functional sounbar working again or replace the faulty item? I kindly request you to sort out this matter soonest, failing which am planning to employ a lawyer and take this matter to the consumer grievance forum / court. Calling vs prabhadevi showroom is a nightmare as the telephone is always busy, need to keep trying for 2 hrs at least, when not busy tone, nobody picks up! What a sorry state of affairs for such a reputable business vs. Corporate office reading in copy - kindly forward this email to your highest management to make them aware of the sorry state of affairs at vs, without failure, or else you are just fanning the flames to vs doom sooner or later! Please note - i need a full replacement with a fully functional jbl 2.1 soundbar or refund my money at the earliest. Do not play time wasting games with self! Today, 10th april 2018, no action yet from jbl or vijay sales for replacement of non functional newly purchased jbl 2.1 soundbar Jbl senior technician visited onsite and confirmed loose connection making / breaking contact inside sub woofer unit. Needs to be replaced / renewed. Item is not working after 10days of purchase!! Should be replaced with new, not repaired or refurbished! Was this information helpful? | |||||

They were very professional and good to deal with.

We just purchased hp laptop of around 15.6inc.so as mentioned the laptop bag which was free on laptop was given to us but it was of small size ...we asked for bigeer one but they refused to give as it it was not available with them for these bigger sized laptops (as told by the seller)...so what can be done...
