Vijay Sales — kenstar cooler complaint not resolved since long | |||||
Purchased a kenstar cooler from vijay sales in month of april 2018, in 4 to 5 months while still being in warantee period there was a short circuit of the wire, complained about the same at the given number on the cooler, as per the customer care executive the said machine is under warantee period and hence no charges what soever are applicable for the change of damaged part (Wire). As and when the part will be available the same would be resolved.. Its been more than 5 months since the date of complaint the issue has not been resolved yet the part is not available is what they say after repeated complaints. While talking to the service centre executive about the same they asked us to pay for the repair of the damaged part. Which we disagreed as it is free of cost repair under warantee period. If there would have been serious damage to other things or fatal to any person because of faulty part of the company they would liable for the damages. Please address the issue and get it resolved at the earliest as the cooler is simply lying ideal and of no use to us if the not repaired or if issue isnt resolved theres utter wastage of our money on a wasteful faulty product. Being old and loyal customer of vijay sales dnt expect cheap products. Get it resolved asap or will have to lodge a complain in consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||||
