Vijay Sales — laptop lenovo full ssd faulty product

Dear team,

I have bought a lenovo laptop from vijay sales sector 29 gurgaon, i have spent 60, 000/ approx on ideapad 530s and what i got is a faulty product whose fonts are blurred and it leaves me like a blind eye.
I have spent 4 hours at your showroom and got no solution rather than getting a advisory of knocking companies doors. Why you offline outlet don't give assistance after the sales?
I don't want to keep such a poor and faulty engineering product cancel my emi and process a refund.
Mukesh, abhijeet and rajkumar were sales persons.
