Vijay Sales — miscommunication and inappropriate behavior of sales executive | |||||
Hi, I am neha gupta, and purchased an ac of daikin from vijay sales on may 8, 2017. My service period of one year is about to expire, i was offered a plan of an extended warranty at the time of purchase by vijay sales, which i wanted to opt for now. Daikin is charing me higher rates so i wanted to opt for vijay sales extended warranty. When i tried to contact the vijay sales customer care executive over call yesterday, he said me i can only opt for warranty at the time of purchase, later he asked me to visit surat piplod branch where he said he can help by asking company to extend the warranty. When i visited the branch an executive named mr. Sagar roy spoke unprofessionally saying why did i come after a year of purchase. Now the executive said me i can extend until 11th month of purchase. The sales executive have incomplete knowledge, they never informed me at the time of purchase of the period until when i can extend the warranty even now they are changing statements with the audacity to talk in street language, treating as a person has come to buy grocery from his shop. Why would i bear the cost of the wrong information/ miscommunication from your sales executive? Kindly look into the matter. I have attached the bills of my ac.
