Sir, I Had Purchase Haier Refregetor Form Vijay Sales Mira Road Branch In Month of May 2019. From Last Three Month I Had Made Lots Of Complain About Product To Company As Well As Vijay Sales Team. But Till Now No Solution Has Been Made By Company as well as haier Team. And Finally I Got Mentally Haressment From seller Vijay Sales Team Member As Well As Haier Company Staff. I Term Of Services. No Single Guy Is Intrested to Handdle A Customer Issue From 13th Dec I Had Complain Lots Of Time But No Use Of Complains. In My Fredge Vegetable Get Destory /damage With in A single Day As I Store in it So Plz Make Need full Request And Change/Replace My Product As Soon As Possible as i request to vijay sales as well as haier company staff member. but they are not intrested for providing service to me. so finally I Need to go forcefully to Consumer Forum court With All My All Record Of Complain As they Are Disable To Get Service Under Warantee Product. And The Same Company Had Mentally Harsement to Me From Last 3Month And they had Waste my plentely Of Time. I Request You Plz Replace My Product With in 5 Days Of Mail You Receive Or Else I Need To Make Futher Steps On Complain In Higher Authority. And The Same I Request You to Black list Haier Product in vijay sales Stores As They Are Not Intrested to Provide Service To Customer. i Hope I Will Get Possitive Reviw And Will Get Replacement Of Product With In Time Limit As Soon As Possible Further they are arranging visit of a senior engineer for analysing the root cause and permanent resolution of the problem, as they told me they will decide on the future course of action based on his findings. but No Use As They Arrange The Service After My Mail But Problem Not Solved So I Request You Plz Change And Replace These Product As Allready Defective From Company. and get me compantion for haressment and waste of my time.
