Vijay Sales — Not yet received the bajaj auto finance card

I Alagarswamy Reddy had purchased a mobile phone HTC DESIRE 626G PLUS BLUE on bajaj auto finance and i have not yet received my card the store had charged Rs 300 for this and it was been told that i will receive the card within one month and now it is more than 4 month the date of purchase was 11 October 2015 from goregaon hub mall.
I kindly assure to look after this.
