Vijay Sales — Panasonic ac - installation

I bought 2t panasonic split ac from vijay sales - janakpuri on 21/05/2016 and still i am waiting for this product to be installed at my home i have contacted several time to the vijay sales team and nothing happened. I was promised that the installation will happen within 48 hrs and still no luck after repeatedly filing the complaint. The executives just say that we will check the status and call you back but since they are so very much focus on customer satisfaction that they just forget to even contact the customer.
