[Resolved] Vijay Sales — pathetic after sales service | |
Hitachi ac was booked on 20th june 2017 in exchange of a old window ac. As said by the salesman payment in cash was made and the delivery was promised to be the next day of cash payment. The delivery was delayed by 3 days. After calling up and reminding of the delivery in the showroom the delivery was made finally on the 4th day. The old ac which was to be exchanged immediately was finally taken back after 20 days again after reminding in person several times. The installation which promised to be free as said by the salesperson never turned out to be free. If contacted the people in charge never bothered to look into the matter. On top of it the phones in the shop are never answered. Customer care also never takes responsibility asks to call the showroom for any complaints which are never ever resolved as the phones are never answered. Its been almost a month as our new ac remains uninstalled. No responsibility is taken by the shop once the item is sold. Was this information helpful? | |
