To The head of vijay sales Head office /regional office Rohini delhi Complaint : panasonic india pvt. Ltd with reference to my compliant /request no. R[protected] and telephonic conversation with north zone senior executive manish malik. I hereby convey its very troublesome for the customer to seek replacement from the company for a tv set which was purchased just a week back and damage due to panasonic india pvt ltd. Technician poor installation and left wall mount screw loose and technician has totally defended himself and is constantly putting blames on the customer for not proper usage. We are very responsible for the delicate product like led tv henceforth we have purchased extended warranty. We as a customer have the right to get the above led tv replaced because this is entirely is case of poor installation by the company’s technician and the company has to take responsibility and get the tv replaced without any costs.
