Vijay Sales — washing machine complaint for vijay sales pune

I had purchased a videocon washing machine from vijay sales in december 2017 with 2 years of additional warranty from vijay sales. Vijay sales has given a counter offer to buyback the old washing machine as videocon company is closed down. But the mrp price what they are selling at is way higher than actual mrp of the product. They are cheating the clients and the service is getting deteriorated. I have been in touch with kiran madam from satara road branch in pune. But what i hear is sheer disappointment. I regret the decision of buying the product from vijay sales.
