[Resolved] Vijay Sales — Worst customer service | |||
I purchased a samsung refrigerator From Vijay sales Noida, on 7th jun 2014. When I selected the fridge, I confirmed with the salesman that the old fridge would be exchanged @rs 2000/-. While billing the salesman forgot the same, and charged me the complete amount without reducing the exchange value. When I brought it to his notice, n He said the amount would now be refunded through a cheque only in 10 days time. I insisted on a cash refund, to no avail. I was told that they will only refund my money which they had overcharged by their mistake through a cheque only. I have received the cheque today (16 days) and guess what...it's not in my name! When I called, I am told it can be changed but will take another 3-4 days. It's is the worst customer service and the most pathetic response from vijay sales team. They are not at all bothered about the customers and just want to make sales. I would advise all of you not to purchase anything fro vijay sales. It was my biggest mistake. The customer care person did not even have the courtesy to apologise. Vijay sales SUCKS!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
