[Resolved] Vijay Sales — Wrong Information about the product given by Vijay sales | |||
We wanted to purchase 1 tone split AC with sleep mode function for our home. We went to Vijay sales for inquiry on 7th May 2017. The sales person showed us different models with sleep mode function, in which we selected Hitachi Model. Before making payment we asked the sales person to confirm about sleep mode function in AC, he said he has confirmed. Then we made the payment of Rs. 28000.00 on same day and received delivery of AC on next day. The installation people came on 9th May 2017 and installed the AC. After installation we came to know that there is no sleep mode function in that particular model. Then we called Vijay sales they didn't responded properly. We went to Vijay sales office on 14th May 2017, the sales person said that he has given us wrong information about the product. We said that we wanted to either refund or change the product. But the manager did not agree. The manager of Vijay sales was very rude in communication. Was this information helpful? | |||
