    I'm a vijay bank holder and having a TDS machine for my farm since last 9months and has asked the branch to install the international card swiping on the machine... and I have been calling the bank manager as well as the IT staff for the installation since so many days.. even after sending the mail by me and the branch manager still it has not installed...

    I am very disappointed with the service..
    Kindly request you to take the necessary action aginst this and install the service ASAP...

        Hi,
        I saw a vijaya bank atm opened at late 11pm and security was allowing few local men to withdraw money, but he didn't allowed me to withdraw even when the cash was available. I am an employee and having difficult to get cash in noon. Upon argument a person from next apartment came introducing himself as bank management and asked to come next day. I was the only person after those guys. Upon scolding security he told that those people are known to them and hence he opened atm which suppose to be closed by 10pm. This atm is located at velachery near bus stand.

        How this is fair to open atm for their known people. And refused to let me withdraw asking to come next day.
        Better vijaya bank open separate atm for their relatives and known people. Please take necessary action.

          I want to make a complaint against vijaya bank mohibullapur branch lucknow.
          aaj subh se hi me money deposit krne k liye line me lgi thi but security guard apne mann se beech me kisi ko bina line k andar bank me jane de raha tha. Jb mene is baat k against bolna chaha to usne mere sath misbehave kiya. Mene deposit krne se mana kr diya or bank manager se baat krne ki request ki to usne muje gate k bahar dhakka dene ki kosis ki. Bank me kisi tarah ka koi deciplin ni tha or guard apne mann se kisi ko b andar jane ki permission de raha tha. Or agar koi complain kr raha tha to usse next day phr se aakr line me lgne ka suggestion de rha tha. And the most important thing is ki girls k sath aise kaise koi male misbehave kr skta h or use dhakka de kr bank se bahar nikaal skta h. I want a strict action against that person. I don't know his full name but his sername is some chauhaan and everybody in bank called him as chauhaan ji.
          please take some action against him so that no one can again misbehave like him with any customer .

            I Siddhesh Suresh Naik want am writing this complaint against Vijaya Bank, Thane West Branch. I’m not filing this complaint due to a sole instance; however, because of a series of instances that have occurred time and again. I’ve borrowed a loan for a T-permit vehicle from the above mentioned bank, where in the Branch Manager Devi Prasad Shetty provided us with all the charges that we will be levied with during our first meet about a month ago and we were willing to pay those charges off, as we agreed to the deal; however, the amount kept changing and it varied drastically rather augmented to about 75% and I’m referring to the processing, documentation and inspection fee. In all we were told that it will be a mere, Rs.2500 odd; however, it was Rs.6500 odd. We also confronted him on it to which he in front of his employees at the branch straight away denied of saying so. My sibling Sandeep Naik when was conveying this to them politely and only when they kept altering their statements constantly, my brother raised his voice stating they were liars at that point of time their employees stated that this is how it is and the branch manager just handed the loan disbursement papers over to us. We stated that we would not keep any relationship with the bank subsequent to this deal and only continuing with it due to our parents efforts also being in it. Then was the time when we required a cheque book for our business account and debit card for my Atal Pension Yojna account, then too they stated that their would not be any charges levied; however, I’ve got a text stating that Rs.300 have been charged to you for the issue of the cheque book and when I talked to the Branch Manager today, he said that the debit card charges will also apply and those will be Rs.150, those are yet to be levied upon us. I asked him why do they not charge us for the account maintenance as well. As that’s the only thing that is left to which he stated we do not charge the customers for it to which I thanked him.

            I’m registering this complaint against the Branch Manager Devi Prasad Shetty and all his employees working in that branch, as they talk arrogantly and demean the customers and behave as if they are doing a favour on them. The significant aspect of registering a complaint against them being that they do not disclose any of the charges proactively and even when they do, there is an augmentation in it when it is actually incurred. I know that I’ve committed the biggest mistake of my life by approaching this pathetic bank; however, I’m seeking justice and find this forum to be an appropriate one. I’ll request you to address the issue and take the required actions to resolve it. I’m apprehensive about the fact that they are looting us to the core and have just made us a business product. I’ll have also enclosed the proofs that I’ve got in terms of text notifications and the Chief Manager’s business card image to this message. Please help!

            May I please have some sort of a progress report in terms of the complaint that has been raised against Vijaya Bank Thane West Branch? As neither am I able to see any change in their behaviour and commitments nor in their actions of refunding the amount that they have wrongly communicated.

            Another money snatching tactic by Vijaya Bank. I've not even opted for a debit card for my business account and they have charged me for it for which I've uploaded the screen shot of the text message that I had received. I mean if this forum is not able to help the customers with such frauds and loot, then why is it even open? Please close this forum.

              Other one my fife epf pension holder sb ac holder, kamala k murthy. All eps details are available in the bank. But we have been harassed to sign in life certificate and asked us go to elf ffice get the pension numbers etc.in total never helped us to complete any fomolities by any bank staffs/officers. We are depending on monthly pension. Why this branch is harassing and troubling aged a/c holders. Pl advice the said branch to co operate and set rite our perineal problem.

I am not understanding why they have deducted that money even i neither demanded the debit card, nor having the debit card. When I am temporarily settled at Hyderabad, should I go for banking transaction at Indore, parent branch every time ? This is quite wrong proceedure ?

                    I have done my transaction on 29/10/2016 at 11:07 and 11:09 from my vijaya bank account twice only for Rs 10000 but they have deducted my money thrice and when i contacted them they told me that they will refund my money as soon as possible but now it has been nearly ten hours and I havn't got any response from them so i am requesting you to response quickly

                      My a/c no [protected] at vijay bank, sonipat haryana. I submitted form 15 g to not deduct tds, but after that tds deducted during f/year 2015-16. After deduction, not deposited in govt trassury and not issued me form 16-a i am contacted to branch manager and staff above 150 times, but no one can bother to hear my grievences. Not issued so form form 16-a. My tax deducted above 8000 is not reflecting in 26-a on income tax site only 3600 refulting there.
                      Very very bad service provided by bank staff.

                        It is ironical that you don't care. Though the thrust is on adc's, yet customers are put to inconvenience.

                          My name is mr. Bhavik ashvinbhai vajariya and i am writing this email regarding deduction of rs.345/- as a debit card charges from my vijaya bank account, account number is [protected] at surendranagar branch. I had not applied for any atm or debit card but debit cards charges is deducted from my account without my permission. So i contact my branch, they say that now this should be compulsory if your account balance is more than 5000 rs. They said that this charge was deducted by head office not from my branch. So i want to ask some question
                          Is it crime to have a balance of more than rs.5000/- in vijaya bank or you think that all customers who have this balance is more rich like mukesh ambani and all want debit card??
                          If you think like that then i have only one option left and that is i will close my account from your vijaya bank. I do not need any debit card or any atm card or like that. I think you should first ask customers what they really want or not. I just need my deducted money refund. I hope you take some actions immediately and give me my money back.

                          This small amount will be the matter for us senior citizen as our whole life is depending on these incomes only.

                            Sir i go to vijaya bank barnala punjab 148101 at 12.30 pm for open the account... I submit all the documents to the concerned officer... But he refused to open my account.. I ask the reason but he does tell me the reason.. They will not do their duty... So please take the actions for this stops the customers beleive to others banks. If ignored then trust is gone to your bank.

                                Dear sir,

                                I hereby having savings account in this Vijaya bank, branch Hosur, Krishnagiri District, Tamilnadu.

                                I am temporarily staying in Yelahanka, Bangalore, Karnataka.
                                For business requirements I need the Transaction Statement for 1 Month - August 2016.
                                I have given a request letter in Vijaya bank, Yelahanka, Bangalore on 31st August 2016 with one assistant manager. He told me that it will be chargeable if it is savings account, and said me to come tomorrow. Again i went next day[protected] and requested the same.
                                The asked me to wait for 1 minute, but i was siting and keep asking to provide the statement print out.
                                They regretted me with reason that my account is not with this branch so you should get the transaction statement from your own branch. I had requested them very pleasingly and humble that i am unable to go that much long distance in 3 hours driving for a simple requirement.

                                NOTE: Lunch break time in Vijaya Bank is 13:00 to 13:30, Union Bank of India 14:00 to 14:30 But why such kind of differentiation with Government authorized banks?

                                The one of the women staff of that bank teased and hurt me with her activities and words.

                                Kindly take necessary action upon this issues and assist me with your bank policies.

                                    I have paid 974.25 through net banking to ebay for shopping, but order is not confirmed. I have asked & emailed many times to the bank. [protected]@vijayabank.Co.In. But i haven't received any satisfactory replies. Bank representatives told me that amount would be refunded till monday 30/05/2016, but amount not refunded till now (03/06/2016). Paying site "billdesk" asking me 14 digit transaction id. Which i didn't received. I askedbank for this transaction id. But bank give me neither transaction id nor refund the amount. I am submitting all the documents related to the issues.

                                      My a/c no [protected] was transferred to janakpuri, new delhi branch since about 2 years. I was using net banking, but since last 5 months i could not able to make payments online. Despite complaints in branch and customer care the problem continued.

                                      Since 1-4-16 for the last two months, i have made complaints online, sent screen shots as demanded by branch and have visited branch at least 10 times, but there response is that head quarter people are non cooperative and are not listening and correcting the things despite their requests and mails.
                                      It is very very shameful on the part of bank staff as they are not able to sort out the things and are just befooling customers verbally forcing to close the a/c as well to withdraw all my fdrs

Also to enquire the defaulter as the wrongdoer deserves disciplinary action against him and suitable punishment as per act & rules for such act of non cooperation and creating not only mental tension for me but also financial losses borne by me.

                                      With reference to my complaint made yesterday ie[protected], a very surprising response was received from janakpuri branch today on my phone asking what the matter is about? Despite my regular follow up with branch during last 2 months in which i have visited there about 10 times and every time ms kanika assured me to get it sorted out, every time she made efforts either talked to head qtr or mailed them the requestand now they are asking what the matter is??
                                      However, i again told the whole background, to which branch manager responded that it is a technical issue and bank/head qtr may be at fault and we are not responsible for it, you may complaint at customer care number.
                                      Should i take it the final response of branch? If so, i am compelled by the bank to discontinue my a/c and close all fdrs, when the bank is not able to provide me net banking payment facility despite so many requests.
                                      In such circumstances, i again request to kindly look into the matter immediately and also to enquire the defaulter as the wrongdoer deserves disciplinary action against him and suitable punishment as per act & rules for such act of non cooperation and creating not only mental tension for me but also financial losses borne by me.
                                      It is for the bank to fix the responsibility for such negligence of the person
                                      Sir, i have a vijaya bank account from past 5 years one month back i made a train ticket booked in make my trip.com but it was cancelled they told that it will be refunded but until nw i didnt get any refund amount now they are asking for bank statement to make a complaint against them where can i get that statement
