      After transaction i checked my balance but it was not deducted the time but later i got msg of deduction

          My name is abhishek kansal and i am writing this email regarding deduction of rs.345/- as a photo debit card charges as on 30.03.2017 and then rs. 153.40 as on 14.03.2018 from my vijaya bank account no. [protected] at navyug market branch at ghaziabad. I had not applied for any new debit card or credit card but debit cards charges is deducted from my account without my permission.

          I[censored] do not solve my problem i have only one option left and that is i will close my account from your vijaya bank. I just need my deducted money refund. I hope you take some actions immediately and give me my money back.

            On thursday, 23rd may i tried to withdraw amount from vikaspuri sbi atm near m-block hanuman mandir but transaction shown on screen as unsuccessful. But amount got deducted from my mother's vijaya bank account whose account no. Is [protected]. The unsuccessful message which came on screen was also shown to the guard present inside the atm & in return he said that our card was not accepted by this atm.

            My mother was along with me at that time & she immediately received a withdrawn message on her registered contact no.

            We thought that it might be an error from bank side & will get the reversal in bank account but till now not received.

            Waiting for resolution.

                Last five days I have tried to cash withdrawn from ATM Vidyadhar nagar. every time transaction failed and a message shows that is- txn not permitted on term. staff of vijaya bank the said branch has no responded.

                          3 days back i made an imps transaction from vijaya bank it shows as it is failed but after some time money is deducted from my account and i waited for some time that the beneficiary may be credited but still now beneficiary didn't got any money and i already mailed to the vijaya bank regarding this but no reply from the bank.                             Sir, I P PURNACHANDRA Rao, residing in Vizianagaram put some words that today evening I went to Vijaya Bank ATM counter, near RTC complex towards withdraw the money is Rs 4800 by my ATM Debit card no. [protected] of INDIAN BANK, but I am not getting any said amount by the ATM, but, I got your ATM receipt is " SORRY FOR INCONVENIENT. ISSUER TIMEOUT. TRACE NO. 306597, SVW405901, RESP CD: 008. If I am not getting any amount from your ATM, how you deducted the said amount. This is ridiculous and to fool the customers. Pl. stop this type of cheating, if machine is not working properly, then close the ATM.

                                I have just made a transfer from vijaya bank account(IMPS) to my syndicate bank savings account. However the money has been deducted from vijaya bank account but did not receive funds in my syndicate savings account. I received a msg from vijaya bank(Your fund transfer for rs. 10, 000.00 on 01-04-19 is timed out. Please check with your bank (Imps ref no.[protected]. Could you please rectify the issue asap.

                                  I am shreyas i made a 2k payment to sharath gowda on 26th march the amount which sharath received is only once (Proof "karnataka bank passbook") and in my vijayabank passbook it has registered twice (Proof marked "red") (Same upi "shows their mischief")
                                  And that too 2k got deducted for the second time when i was not having sufficient balance in my a/c
                                  "this is clearly a vijaya bank mistake" for that thing they paused my 1976+500 total 2476 rs (Proof marked "green") so you please go through this and please make them to repay me my 2476rs to my account

                                  And they are telling thats a penalty amount how can it be sir.. I am a student i really in need of it. Once it solved i will close my a/c in vijaya bank

                                        My name is aafak today i visited to vijaya bank dilshad garden branch for account opening but there is not the one employee to give me a proper information & guide that how to open account but this is not enough after this there is misbehaving with me by bank employees & refusing to open account sir this is not acceptable the bank for public convenience not the employees the bank for our services not for employees atitude sir u r hire/ appoint the employees for what.
                                        To misbehave with customer abusing with the customers have a lots of atitude no sir the bank & employees for our services or convenience sir please take the action against these kinds of employees otherwise shutdown ur banks.

                                        I deposited a HDFC CBE branch cheque in ur saibaba koil branch on 28-2-19, but till date 5-3-19 the amount has not been credited in my account.pls look into the matter and do the needful.my SB account no.[protected]
