[Resolved]  Vijaya Bank — Refund not received to bank account

I have not received Refund of Rs.1399/- to bank account. I was refunded by amazon and i got mail like (This is to confirm that refund for amount 1399 has been successfully processed on 7/17/2020 and the amount should reflect in your account by now.)

but after 18 days still not received refund . I enquired amazon about but they said contact customer care but your customer service is not giving enough information about it
