A test, CEA was booked for my father on 11.04.2023. The sample collected at 9:00 am on 11.04.2023.
This test is very important, as the report is needed plan for treatment plan.
Now the time is 8:00pm, date 12.04.2023. Still the report is NOT issued!! Total 35 Hrs elapsed for a test which hardly takes 8 Hrs to report from the sampling time.
The call center people are telling that the report will be released any time after 10am on 13.04.2023. Implies they will take 48+ hrs to test and issue reports for a test that needs 8 hrs!!!
The VIJAYA DIAGNOSTIC CENTERS ARE PATHETIC, UNPROFESSIONAL AND INSENSITIVE. THEY SEEMS GREEDY FOR BUSINESS NOT THE HEALTH SERVICES..
Due to this insane delay by Vijaya Diagnostics hampered entire treatment plan. And I am worried about my father's heath!!
The vijaya diagnostics did not care to explain where the report stuck. I feel the laboratory people misplaced or forgotten to test the sample. NOW I CANNOT BELIEVE THE RESUTS AS THE WHOLE PROCESS SEEMS FAULTY!! Was this information helpful? |
