Recently i've visited vijaya diagnostic branch vanasthalaipuram and had master health check up for my mother. I took the reports to the doctor and he said it's totally wrong. The glucose level after post lunch was less than the fasting. I would like to go for consumer court on this matter.

My sample collected yesterday from home by one mr. Raju instead of lft they have sent report of electrolytes despite my several recmibders and complaints to 21000000 since yesterday no action has been taken one executive ishwarya told me that she has looked into the matter and resolve it but she has to get approval from supervisor who is irresponsible not available at any time i am trying to call him need to resolve without further delay other i will be forced to report to icmr/ nabl

Yesterday we had called to ask the preparatory procedure for ultrasound, to be done today. Had explained him clearly that the patient is diabetic and also on insulin. When trying to know he was so irresponsible and impatient to answer, and told us that the patient need to come empty stomach, without eating or drinking any thing though diabetic, and can come only at 9 am on fasting. To our surprise today at bill desk gentle man says u should have eaten idli, biscuits and should have take water as well. The patient is 66 years old, and. Me. Her husband 69 years and on crutches. We expect the people at bill desk to be of help to senior citizens and that too on crutches.
Also the number of habsiguda is not reachable until we repeatedly try for about half hour, and above all this sort of response.

I have taken vijaya diagnostics home sample collection appointment for some blood tests on 25-jul-2020. The sample was collected by the technician on 25-jul-2020 saturday morning. The technician collected cash (They said they take only cash) for the tests (21000 rs). The reports were supposed to come by saturday evening.
Then starts the nightmare. 26-jul sunday morning i called their customer care that i didnt get the reports/link...

Today when i visited to the vijaya diagnostic centre at himayatnagar, hyderabad. To get tested for ultrasound pelvis test to my wife
Staffs and manager a lady and mr manohar... All said about n95 mask is mandatory... When i object the lady manager who was putting on a normal 10 rs mask (Green)... She was speechless...
My complaint is.. Why such mandatory rule for n 95 mask... There is no government order even
They're were also charging rs 300 /-for the mask
The concerned one can look into the matter as soon as it possible
Moreover there suggest ed to go any where to get tested
Test charge has also increased than before corona time

We went to vijaya diagnostics on 8th june morning 9 am. Center for protien electrophoresis - serum test where we have been charged 4500 inr.
After confirming the test price from my hospital asian institute of gasentrologist and varoius other test centers like lucid, med diagnostics and more we came to know that its actual price is between 1000 to 1500.

This is a loot and i request vijaya diagnostics to reimburse my money.

The staff in vijaya diagnostic center in alwal today started giving safety kits to people. They charged n95 mask at the price of rs300, when it actually not priced more than rs 50. They are not asking people before but just forcing people to purchase it.

I have done the ultrasound in vijya diagnostics at uppal branch, as per them everything is normal and no issue however same ultrasound when i have done through another diagnostic centre they said impression of subchorionic hemorrhage.. Finally doctor will go with another diagnostic report for starting the treatment again... The report provided by vijaya give a false picture.

I just need my refund or i will opt for complaints in consumer forum

At moulali branch of vijaya diagnostics, patient name r. R. Padmavathi given blood test for complete blood picture and microalbumin urine tests on 26.01.2020 at 10.40am..

The test report received through mail for complete blood picture on 26.01.2020 at 16.31pm. But so far, the test report of microalbumin urine test is not received.

I have given complaint to concerned person of viaya diagonostic on 27.01.2020 at 08.40pm. They told me that, report will receive by today 10am. But so far, i. E. 11.00am on 28.01.2020, the same is not received.
I request once again to submit the same immediately.

They charged excess without intimating the customer...first they told as treatment cost 6300 and i paid advance of 3300..again after 3 days guy name called Umesh told order has some issue and he need to re- order again

Next day my brother_in_law went made payment 3000 but this time they charged 10000 which was not informed to me nor to my sister and called number of times to name called Umesh he didn't told us about increase...

In vijaya diagnosis follicular scan can visit any branch from second scan onwards, my scan date should be on 13-jan-2020, on 13th jan we went to boduppal vijaya diagnosis there was no doctors (Waited around one and half hour), on 14th we visited (On high priority) himayath nagar branch for first visit, there told you can visit any branch which is near by you from second scan onwords
Second scan: on 18t-jan-2020 we went to boduppal branch for second visit they asked first visit or second visit, i said second visit they told today doctor is not available (Doctors is scaning people may pregnant bladies are there), then we went to habsiguda branch they told first visit should be done here only, doctor will not see second visits

Dear sir, my wife is 26 weeks pregnant and we had undergone several test out of it hepatitis b shown as positive and blood sample was given at vijaya diagnostic vanasthalipuram. My wife and my self were in so much depression and doctor advised for other related test to hepatitis and it costed more than 25000 rs for all tests and different doctors opinion. Next sample we have given at vijaya diagnostic tolichowki and apollo jubilee hills both says its negative. I want you to take strict action on vijaya diagnostic for irresponsible act.

My father has attended for an x ray rgu scanning on 30th of december. I have carried x ray along with me and told report can be collected on 31st. When i have gone to hospital on 1st of jan i was asked to wait for 1 more day saying that reports cannot be given without the x ray scan which is with me but the same was not told to me when i am carrying the report on 30th. How was i told reports cannot be collected on 31st without x ray scan and why i am being again told that report cannot be generated without x ray scan? This caused delay of 1 day for us to submit the reports for ehs and get it approved. We have to unnecessarily wait for 1 more day bearing the room cost, food and moreover bearing the pain of my father to 1 more day. Who's responsible for missing the basic communication which costed us a day?

I had visited hitec city branch for 3times in a month — they have very pathetic staff who are very irresponsible and make diabetic patients wait unnecessarily for hours together in spite of docs telling for a ultrasound scan without fasting they insist on fasting and i was feeling dizzy waiting at their centre and had called my emergency care doctor who has advised me to immediately have food as the tests prescribed never needed any fasting; pls don’t ever visit this place in case you are in need o[censored]rgent tests or have elderly diabetic patients — receptionist lakshmi and manager deepa are very incompetent and they don’t even have empathy towards patients.

I took my wife for ultra sound scan to nizampet center. They provided the report with (Scan was done on 15th nov 2019)
1. 6mm stone in left kidney
2. Pcod

Based on that report we have started treatment. Suddenly my wife started complaining that she has pain on right side. I was worried and took her for another scan this time i visited kukatpally branch for the same test.

On oct 6th this year, i’ve taken my mom to vijaya diagnostic center (Address: 3-6-16 & 17, street no.19, opp. Lane to tanishq, chandra nagar, himayatnagar, hyderabad, telangana 500029) to have an echo test following reg. No.[protected]

My mom was suffering from a bad cough since last couple of weeks and during her test at your facility, as usual, she coughed a little inside the room (Which is unavoidable being a human) upon which the reaction/response from the dr. Dr. Sheikh shereen. Was really shocking. She slammed my mom by literally passing various damaging personal comments due to which her sentiments got hurt.

I’m listing some sample comments passed by dr. Sheikh shereen. On my mother:

• “is this the way you cough?”
• “being an elder, don’t you have manners on how to cough in front of anyone? “
• “you don’t have manners – is this the same thing you taught you your children?”
• “being an educated person, you’re behaving like an illiterate”

I was assuming that this organization deals only with patient diagnostics and by experiencing all this crap it seems like the staff are also teaching manners to the helpless patients suffering from diseases? Really?

I request the team to take appropriate action against such staff for disobeying the elders/unethical behavior

Recently i made a test (Semen analysis - dt: 18/09/19) in our diagnostic center located in himayath nagar, hyderabad. While paying the fee amount (Due to may be technical error) from my credit card (Ending no.: 6543) there was two times of amount deduction as follows:
1. 1700 rs/- on dated 18/09/19.
2. 600 rs/- on dated 18/09/19.
But the test cost is (Semen analysis)...

Your i/c. Mary and receptionist madhu today (12/09/2019) morning at 8.30 for carrying out cbp test. Both the employees were very very rude and informing the patients (If you want to reports on friday evening only, you can give the samples and they were bluntly telling the patients, otherwise you can go outside due to nimajjanam.

When i questioned what you will do from now onwards. They were replying our office will work only 3.30 pm and hence all reports will be processed only friday evening only.

It is astonishing to hear the negligent behaviour of vdc balapur that for carrying out the cbp report. I just would like to know that when all diagnostic centres are able to provide within an hour. Why vdc is not in a position to give reports before closing the day before 3.30 pm. Your cluster manager also subscribing to what vdc balapur officials told. If this is the state of affairs, the main purpose of opening vdc balapur completely defeated.

Vdc performance and reporting/sms on completion of test report/ and behaviour with the patients has to improve a lot.

Why can't vdc ensure all samples collected on 12/09/2019 upto 9.00 am completed before closing their offices? Pl. Explain and take suitable action on vdc balapur for their unruly behaviour.

Reg no[protected] patient name motamarri seetharamayya aged 88 years male.24 hours urinary creatine clearance report is delayed by more than 4 days thereby missing doctors appointment twice. Need an answer why this delay and no one in vijayanagar colony branch could give satisfactory reply. There should be some accountability. No one responds on telephone calls, no one communicates properly, understaffed branch.

I have gone through some tests for my 13 yr old son on 17aug - 1700 hrs. (Reg:[protected]

Since it was late evening hence admin team told me that reports will be ready by next day 12 noon. Max by 1230 hrs.

Considering this i have booked dr. Appointment on same day evening 5.30 pm. But unfortunately i did not get most important report o[censored]rine and dengue till 3 pm - 18 aug.

I have started calling customer care to follow-up and get reports (Even after committed timelines crossed) and 4 times your agents told it will come soon. Later they gave me some other number [protected]. This time some lady said, you have to call to himayat nagar and hopefully your report will be uploaded online by 5 pm: (And gave other number [protected].. This was switched off already

*by the time i was become a customer center agent who was calling to every possible option to get reports on time, since few mins back got call from hospital that, appointment got cancelled (Lost 1 full day - my kids is temp is almost crossing 102f and dr was expecting reports) -

I truly urge you to look into this matter very seriously, since its looks like your admin and cca team is just taken every call granted.

Its just a business for you, but for customer its life.
