I had visited hitec city branch for 3times in a month — they have very pathetic staff who are very irresponsible and make diabetic patients wait unnecessarily for hours together in spite of docs telling for a ultrasound scan without fasting they insist on fasting and i was feeling dizzy waiting at their centre and had called my emergency care doctor who has advised me to immediately have food as the tests prescribed never needed any fasting; pls don’t ever visit this place in case you are in need o[censored]rgent tests or have elderly diabetic patients — receptionist lakshmi and manager deepa are very incompetent and they don’t even have empathy towards patients.

    I took my wife for ultra sound scan to nizampet center. They provided the report with (Scan was done on 15th nov 2019)
    1. 6mm stone in left kidney
    2. Pcod

    Based on that report we have started treatment. Suddenly my wife started complaining that she has pain on right side. I was worried and took her for another scan this time i visited kukatpally branch for the same test.

    Report says: (Scan was done on 23rd nov 2019)
    1.4.1 and 4.9 mm stone in right kidney (No stones on left kidney)

    In this report there is no traces of pcod. We asked the doctor and she clearly said that there is no pcod and showed the scan again.

    Based on the two reports we were in panic because we have started medication for pcod and for kidney stones

    Then we realised that there would be different treatment for stones lessthan 5mm and more than 6mm.

    This is completely unsafe and may lead to danger if these kind of reports given to patinets. There is a high patient saftey concerns.

      On oct 6th this year, i’ve taken my mom to vijaya diagnostic center (Address: 3-6-16 & 17, street no.19, opp. Lane to tanishq, chandra nagar, himayatnagar, hyderabad, telangana 500029) to have an echo test following reg. No.[protected]

      My mom was suffering from a bad cough since last couple of weeks and during her test at your facility, as usual, she coughed a little inside the room (Which is unavoidable being a human) upon which the reaction/response from the dr. Dr. Sheikh shereen. Was really shocking. She slammed my mom by literally passing various damaging personal comments due to which her sentiments got hurt.

      I’m listing some sample comments passed by dr. Sheikh shereen. On my mother:

      • “is this the way you cough?”
      • “being an elder, don’t you have manners on how to cough in front of anyone? “
      • “you don’t have manners – is this the same thing you taught you your children?”
      • “being an educated person, you’re behaving like an illiterate”

      I was assuming that this organization deals only with patient diagnostics and by experiencing all this crap it seems like the staff are also teaching manners to the helpless patients suffering from diseases? Really?

      I request the team to take appropriate action against such staff for disobeying the elders/unethical behavior

        Your i/c. Mary and receptionist madhu today (12/09/2019) morning at 8.30 for carrying out cbp test. Both the employees were very very rude and informing the patients (If you want to reports on friday evening only, you can give the samples and they were bluntly telling the patients, otherwise you can go outside due to nimajjanam.

        When i questioned what you will do from now onwards. They were replying our office will work only 3.30 pm and hence all reports will be processed only friday evening only.

        It is astonishing to hear the negligent behaviour of vdc balapur that for carrying out the cbp report. I just would like to know that when all diagnostic centres are able to provide within an hour. Why vdc is not in a position to give reports before closing the day before 3.30 pm. Your cluster manager also subscribing to what vdc balapur officials told. If this is the state of affairs, the main purpose of opening vdc balapur completely defeated.

        Vdc performance and reporting/sms on completion of test report/ and behaviour with the patients has to improve a lot.

        Why can't vdc ensure all samples collected on 12/09/2019 upto 9.00 am completed before closing their offices? Pl. Explain and take suitable action on vdc balapur for their unruly behaviour.

          Reg no[protected] patient name motamarri seetharamayya aged 88 years male.24 hours urinary creatine clearance report is delayed by more than 4 days thereby missing doctors appointment twice. Need an answer why this delay and no one in vijayanagar colony branch could give satisfactory reply. There should be some accountability. No one responds on telephone calls, no one communicates properly, understaffed branch.

            I have gone through some tests for my 13 yr old son on 17aug - 1700 hrs. (Reg:[protected]

            Since it was late evening hence admin team told me that reports will be ready by next day 12 noon. Max by 1230 hrs.

            Considering this i have booked dr. Appointment on same day evening 5.30 pm. But unfortunately i did not get most important report o[censored]rine and dengue till 3 pm - 18 aug.

            I have started calling customer care to follow-up and get reports (Even after committed timelines crossed) and 4 times your agents told it will come soon. Later they gave me some other number [protected]. This time some lady said, you have to call to himayat nagar and hopefully your report will be uploaded online by 5 pm: (And gave other number [protected].. This was switched off already

            *by the time i was become a customer center agent who was calling to every possible option to get reports on time, since few mins back got call from hospital that, appointment got cancelled (Lost 1 full day - my kids is temp is almost crossing 102f and dr was expecting reports) -

            I truly urge you to look into this matter very seriously, since its looks like your admin and cca team is just taken every call granted.

            Its just a business for you, but for customer its life.
            AC are not switching on reports of tests are very slow

              For fbs sample given at 7:40 am on 01/07/2019. For this simple test asked to collect by 2pm. I've appointment, but it got viend. They have 48 branches in hyderabad, but they have one lab that is himayat nagar branch. No on time delivery. You have to waste your time for this pathetic service. To do simple test sample is collected at one site and tested at only one lab. Don't know in this mean time how they handle the sample. Please don't use the for fasting blood sugar and after food sugar test. Completely waste of time.

              I feel very rude behaviour to your receptionist at the branch of punjagutta, Near yashoda hospital, at evening 1940 hrs.today. She is ask me about our doctor and which time to review and many type o[censored]ncomfort questions and she is try to angry with phone receiver.

                This is to bring to your notice about the pathetic experience i have had with your center.

                It’s been 61 days since the refund request was raised and nothing was done from your financial department.

                Event after filling the cancellation from on 4th may 2019 i haven’t got any update from your team on the refund till day 24th may 2019.

                This is the kind of pathetic experience this place has given proving that the quality of customer experiences is getting horrible.

                Will never refer or recommend anyone to get the tests done over here again.

                  To whomsoever it concerns,

                  I am a senior citizen and my name is ashok kr. Acharya. My complaint is regarding "vijaya diagnostic center" at a. S. Rao nagar, secunderabad, telengana. I was refused discount on thyroid test today at a. S. Rao nagar branch and the people at the center misbehaved too. I was refused discount for some rule (Otp to registered number) for which no prior intimation was given out to me or my family through any means. I went with the senior citizen discount card (Which is in my name and also has my picture on it) and the person at the billing/reception rudely declined me due discount stating that if i don't get the registered phone then i won't be given discount. I was never asked this before as always i carry the card and the people at the center never asked for any specific phone number. They told that it is a new rule but no prior intimation was given. On top of it, they did not offer any assistance like calling up the registered number and arranging the otp. I am not a tech savvy person and finds it hard to understand otps and things like that. I equally fail to understand why a senior citizen is asked to follow a rule which was not intimated prior, and when i went in person with a card issued in my name, why was i refused and they misbehaved with me? When a prior intimation regarding any new rule introduced is not given by the center, is not the center's responsibility to help out the person who went there totally unaware?? How do you ask an old man to go all the way back home just because of a lapse on company's part? Why did the center not called the registered number and asked for the otp, and showed some respect towards that senior citizen?

                    I have taken a fasting blood sugar test on 2-feb-2019 at a. S. Rao nagar branch and the results were 136. And as per doctors advice have taken master health check on 4-feb-2019 (In two days).in that the fasting blood sugar test results were 69. When discussed with doctor he said the reports were wrong and asked me to take the test again with another diagnostic centre. My time and money 4890 were wasted.

                      My mother name gita saha went for certain blood test on 05/01/19. The representative at the vijay diagnostic in manikonda branch debited the card for rs2000/ for a test which was not prescribed by the doctor. On checking that he said that cash cannot be given as the transaction was done by card. So asked to fill a sheet with all the bank details and promised that we would get refund within 48 hours. The behaviour of the branch manager is very very rude. He asked the customer to get out of the branch in spite of his staff making the mistake when asked to refund in cash. Couple of times went to the branch to check but received response saying come on some other day. Today is 28/01/19. And we did not get the refund. So my question are
                      Why should a senior citizen suffer because of the fault by your staff
                      Second who has given right to your branch manager to say get out to our customer in spite of the fault at his end.
                      Is this the way vijay diagnostic serve their long term customer?
                      As a customer i demand an immediate refund as waiting for refund since 20 days and an apology from that ill behaved bench manager at manikonda.
                      Corruption. Line is given since morning 7am. We were at no. 2 but it took 45 min waiting time after 9am. 3-4 patients were done before my no. Doctor is lazy. Lies everywhere. Very upset.

                        I have given my blood samples for the cd4 test on 17-06-18, but till now they have not given report pertaining to that test. There is no proper answer when i call them. When i call to customer care daily they will tell it will finish by day end, but day end never happen, today also they are telling same story. And if they keep the sample these many days how can i believe the result will come correct. The medical report they are taking very casual.

                          Hi,

                          We have taken indirect comb test @vijaya diagnostic centre, near civil hospital, karimnagar and they have charged rs 800/- which is too high. Previously we have taken same test at hyd where they have taken rs 200/-. This is one example in karimnagar they charge more for everything. Doctors also will suggest unnecessary medicine.

                          Please look into this.

                            I have visited the ameerpet branch after calling them for the doctor availability they said dr is available once after visiting the team over there giving very recluse answers and that too answer is varying form staff to staff.
                            They are very least bothered about the patients and their age. Simply the staff enjoying the benefits given to them. Once in a while they are checking the cases.
                            More over at ameerpet branch receptionist sarala devi's behavior is very worst she feels that she is the head of the diagnostic center. This is my 3rd visit to this center all the time i have seen that her behavior is worst arguing with the patients
                            My number is 6 sir but staff can't sending me inside of scanning doctor after my number[protected] she send sir that's y I am complenting

                              They give wrong results intentionally. My blood sugar is always more when tested in Vijayadiagnostic, and same day (both fasting and post lunch) from other lab results are very much less and normal. This they do intentionally so that patients keep coming again for testing blood sugar. Vijaya 116 / 140 other lab 96 / 114. This was proved 3 times - escalated figures from Vijaya diagnostics.
                              I am trying to get a 2D Echo as an elective test . I tried email contact and call. Both are not helpful so far.
                              I have done some lab. work, Holter ECG, etc in the past.
                              Just being problematic, may be, they are too busy...

                                My grandmother was diagnosed with cancer and we visited a doctor. Doctor suggested to get few tests done at vijaya diagnostic center as all tests can be done in the same place however the experience here is horrifying. Nobody is bothered about the patients. The patient is 87 years old and the management, nurses, doctors are least bothered about her age also, basic courtesy is missing, no manner to talk to customers, staff here don't have any kind of empathy towards the old women who is suffering so much

Is this the standard that vijaya diagnostics is following in all the branches? I thought treat all patients as the same. I want you to see that this does not repeat again and take necessary action against the manager. I have already given complaint in the form

                                    Hi Team,

                                    My kid(22 Months old) was suffering with fever, cough and cold . so doctor has suggested to take blood test(CBP) and chest x-ray. I went to Vijaya diagnostic centre for getting the blood report and chest x-ray done . I took the blood reports and chest x-ray on the next day and consulted the doctor to show the reports, when the doctor read the chest x-ray report from Vijaya Diagnostic, Doctor has informed me that my kid heart is at right side instead of left side(Dextrocardia written in the chest x-ray report) and the liver is also twisted
                                    Doctor has also informed that its a serious issue you need to consult a cardiologist and perform 2d-echo test to rule out all the complications.
                                    On the next day I went to cardiologist(Yashoda hosipitals), they have verified my kid and took 2d- echo report as per them my kid heart is at normal left side and he is completely normal.

                                    so I went to vijaya diagnostic again and asked them about the mistake, they said its a technical error from their side . The manager at habsiguda branch was so arrogant, he was not ready to listen me or reimburse the money spent for their mistake.

                                    Because of their mistake, I lost my time, money and I have gone through lot of mental torture .

                                      Today my mother ( aged 66 years) went for an MRI scan today at 10 a.m at the address mentioned:
                                      13-26-7, Flat No.10,
                                      K.G.H Up Road, Opp. Majid,
                                      Jagadamba Centre, Visakhapatnam
                                      Ph:[protected]

                                      She went at 10 a.m in the morning, when paying the required amount they said it will take 2 hours to do the scan and report

                                      But the scan started at 6 p.m in the evening with utter most not respecting the patients and there is no hospitality.

                                      As she is a heart patient and having a high blood pressure, the closed orbit scan is not suitable for her and they said it will not work for you as she feel discomfort and the blood pressure increased

                                      This can be told at 10 a.m and before paying the amount.

                                      This tells how careless they are and rude to the consumers.

                                      There is no service at all after paying such huge amounts

                                      Staff is very irresponsible in the way dealing with patients

                                        My wife who is 9 months pregnant had to visit the vijaya diagnostic centre, dilsukhnagar branch to get the haemoglobin test done as advised by the doctor.
                                        The haemoglobin in the report was given as "19.2".
                                        We were shocked as the reading had never crossed "12" in the past 9 months of pregnancy. When the report was shown to the doctor that we were visiting for check up, she immediately told us that the reading was wrong and it could not be "19.2" and thus advised us to get it tested once again. After testing the same in her nursing home, the haemoglobin reading was "10.9".
                                        We were shocked that how can a reputed diagnostic centre make such a mistake and visited the vijaya diagnostic centre and spoke to incharge who then connected our call to the the concerned person and the answer that we got was "this is the reading given by our machine and our machines are up to date".

                                        This might be a minor report, but imagine if such mistakes are done in the reports which are considered for important treatments related to heart or so. This might lead to improper treatment of the problem which is really scary.
                                        Now i can conclude that i can never trust the tests done in vijaya diagnostic centre and hence from now on will always avoid this diagnostic centre.
