Vijaya Diagnostic Centre — Charged extra amount for the tests - req - refund.

On 31.08.2023 I have taken my baby to tests and they charged it ₹.2, 809/- and today I went for the same tests and now they charged me ₹.4, 870/-. On calling customer care, they said that one ESR test is added extra. Even though that ESR test costs, just ₹.290/-. On asking repeatedly they saying that I have taken tests on something FEVER PANEL which the billing department executive not explained to me and without enquiry I have paid that bill. After reaching home, on a doubt I checked my baby's payment receipt and found this. Hence, I request to kindly look into this and refund the remaining amount to me as soon as possible. Thank you.
