Vijaya Diagnostic Centre — Complaint against home collection service

The executives wont come in time, we have booked test (Prolactin / tsh / hba1c /order no. Orvdc32651) to be done in fastng, he is supposed to come between 7-8am, he didnt turn up upto 8am so i called them and until i called the customer care they were least bothered and then they realised that the assigned executive got fever and unable to collect the samples. Then they assigned another executive who is expected by 9am, even he didnt turn up and again i had to customer care and then they suggest me that we can give samples upto 11.30am. I dont know their education background and i m not here to critisize even, but the tests what the doctor advised gas to be done in 10-12 hours fasting only. It shouldnt extend beyond 12 hours. Very very pathetic and worst experience with vijaya diagnostics.
