This complaints regards to Home sample Collection. I have booked a slot for Home sample collection on 17/04/21 between 11.30am to 12.30 pm. None of any executive called me for taking sample... So, I have rescheduled the slot on 22/04/21 @ 11.30 to 12.30pm. Today also no response from home sample Collection executive... I have escalated the same issue to Customer care executives..Eaither they do not have any proper idea or they are not giving the ample collection executive Name and contact no. *** Connecting to customer care no will take minimum 30 min time... When they are booking the slots, the sample Collection executive has to visit..otherwise what is the fun to Booking the slots... Today When I had discussion with a customer care team, again they are reshuding tomorrow 23/04/21..eventhough they are not in position to confirm about the person visit..
