My mother name gita saha went for certain blood test on 05/01/19. The representative at the vijay diagnostic in manikonda branch debited the card for rs2000/ for a test which was not prescribed by the doctor. On checking that he said that cash cannot be given as the transaction was done by card. So asked to fill a sheet with all the bank details and promised that we would get refund within 48 hours. The behaviour of the branch manager is very very rude. He asked the customer to get out of the branch in spite of his staff making the mistake when asked to refund in cash. Couple of times went to the branch to check but received response saying come on some other day. Today is 28/01/19. And we did not get the refund. So my question are
Why should a senior citizen suffer because of the fault by your staff
Second who has given right to your branch manager to say get out to our customer in spite of the fault at his end.
Is this the way vijay diagnostic serve their long term customer?
As a customer i demand an immediate refund as waiting for refund since 20 days and an apology from that ill behaved bench manager at manikonda. Was this information helpful? |
