Vijaya Diagnostic Centre — Wrong test reports

Visited VIjaya Diagnostic Centre for an Ultrasound Abdominal testing... and the report says every normal and all organs are in good condition

the crucks is, the patient underwent for a gall balder surgery during 2006 and now the Vijaya Diagnostic center - Gachibowly is saying that it is intact.

it looks like, pure cut & paste...
how to believe all the reports

when we approach the center, the head of this center Mr. Manohar is saying that it is typographical error and now they can modify the reports... it is an examination paper and it s document for Doctors. how dare to say that we can modify the reports/\
never expected that Vijaya Diagnostic center will give such kind of wrong reports.
