Have booked medical for my father who is 73 Yrs ( Diabetic/ Throid /Vericous veins issue) . We booked Medicals through CC [protected] for HbA1C, fasting and post glucose for 10am ( 22nd June ) . To our surprise and pain nobody turned up till 12.30pm and no one from Vijaya Diagnostic even bothered to inform for delay, now my father who is a patient has been on fasting till 12.30pm, isn’t shame on part of Vijaya Diagnostic to make a patient suggest for their inefficiency. Then I called CC on [protected] to check for which the lady ( Ms Poojitha ) who received call said that executive might have strucked up in traffic. Me being little harsh she then tried finding out who is the assigned lab technician and gave me number of Mr Mahesh. I then called Mahesh where in he says that he just received the order and he will come in one hour… I asked him would you expect a 73yrs old person who takes around 15 tablets in day to be on fasting till 1.30pm and not take any medicines ???
We trust Vijaya diagnostic for its quality and service but to our surprise we experienced the worst side of Vijaya today. Had it been any normal medical check we would have ignored but it’s for my father who is a aged person and on medicines.
I would expect a call from some representative of Vijaya diagnostic to be responsive on this than just passing the ball with negligence and irresponsible behaviour.
