Vijaya Diagnostic Centre — Technician didn't turn up

Hi Vijaya Diagnostics Team,

I am writing this email to express my disappointment and frustration with the unprofessional behaviour of one of your technicians. As a long-time customer of your diagnostic centre, I have always been satisfied with the quality of your services. However, the recent incident has left me deeply dissatisfied and unhappy.

On *29th* April 2023(today), I have an appointment scheduled with one of your technicians to visit my home to collect Fasting blood samples of my father (who is aged patient). We were assured that the technician would arrive between [ *6* AM] to [ *7* AM], and my father had prepared himself accordingly. However, despite waiting for several hours, the technician failed to turn up at the scheduled time. We tried contacting your diagnostic center to inquire about the delay, but we were unable to get any proper response. We reached out multiple times [between 6AM - 9AM] and the response was same every time "Please wait for 10 to 15 min. Technician is on the way, who never turned up". We requested them to provide technician contact details so that we can check with him directly, but they didn't provide either. After multiple followups at around 9:15AM, they adviced us to *Reschedule* the appointment for next day.

Patient is aged, weak and just discharged from Hospital and had to consult doctor based on the reports.
We clearly informed Vijaya Diagnostics the previous day [before booking qn appointment] that patient has to consult doctor today evening(after 7PM) with test reports to which you have agreed and only then we scheduled an appointment.

Inspite of taking all measures you failed to turn up, no proper response, and the patient has to cancel the doctor appointment as well which is critical.

This kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is unacceptable, especially when dealing with elderly patients who require special care and attention. My father has fasted for several hours and was already feeling weak and dizzy due to his age and medical conditions. We were forced to reschedule the appointment, causing unnecessary inconvenience and discomfort to my father.

I hope you understand the gravity of the situation and take appropriate action to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.
I urge you to investigate the matter thoroughly and take necessary steps to prevent such occurrences in the future.

We rely on your services for our healthcare needs and expect a higher level of professionalism and responsibility from your technicians.

I would appreciate it if you could provide me with a satisfactory response to this email and assure me that corrective measures have been taken. Or else, we are ready to take this to any higher level.
