I, Madhu Vanam resident of Deverakonda (Nalgonda dist) currently in USA, with all due respect to the Consumer Complaints Forum would like to raise a complaint on Vijaya Diagnostics Center (Tolichowki branch) for the psychological trauma they’ve caused with their sheer negligence and distrust to its customers.
I made a trip to India on personal work was supposed to leave on 13th Jan at 2:45 am.
I took a Covid test (RT-PCR) on 11th Jan, went with their name and fame here in the city claiming their services are available 24*7.
They provided URL for the test Result. I went ahead with it and here starts the unusual turn.
When I was at the Qatar airways check-in counter, the URL stopped working and I was left stunned for the whole time as flight agent didn’t let me check-in/board the flight without the Covid result. I made numerous calls to the Vijaya Diagnostic Center and even made my cousin visit the center late at night but with no luck.
I was shown exit gate, missed the flight, charged with no-show fee, had to re-book another flight with double the charges, and extend my leaves further losing on my Pay and trust my manager/organisation had on me.
When I approached Vijaya Diagnostic Center, they were reckless enough to rub this on me saying all the servers were up and running and it was my mistake.
Attaching the screenshots that I have from different mode (phone, laptop, cellular data, WiFi), different times (1:22 AM, 1:37 AM, 1:44 AM, 2:32AM), Vijaya diagnostic WhatsApp chat.
Requesting the forum help me process my complaint against Vijaya Diagnostic center as this was not expected of their services and wouldn’t want someone else face the same issue.
I further confirm that above stated facts are true and providing all the required information to suffice.
