I visited this morning along with my father for some tests. he is 83 years. he is a regular customer and i expect, your system should have his details in the system. when asked for the discount to our surprise we were asked to produce the AADHAR card. we did sub, itted earlier and i expect you should already have the details. the discount amount is held now. Not a good system.
We paid for the urine test too and later my father decided not to go for the test, when asked for teh refund, we were given a form to be filled which requires Bank account number, IFSC code and many more. Do you think one will remember all these datails. why should one provide the bank details, when the bill was paid through credit card. it should be directly debited to the card. Seems like your staff dont know the system or this is a way to Frustrte a customer.
Please train your staff to be more cooperative
