I have booked basic diabetic lab package online order ID ORVDC28027 and requested for home sample collection on 1/7/23. Expected sample collection next day. To my surprise one one turned up. No communication from the company. When I call customer care they simply gave excuse o[censored]navoidable technician and I have rescheduled to next day. Same sean repeated again. This time I raised request for refund. To my surprise call centre guy want my bank details. This has pissed me off and I got furious. I told them they can refund using their payment gateway. I think Vijay diagnostic had poor execution team. Mail them for refund no response from their side.

Please don't go for home sample collection from Vijaya diagnostic. My mother in law had to suffer two days fasting morning with out food. I frightened she may land up in hypoglycemia.
