Vin/freecharge — Money Deducted from my ICICI Bank account

I ordered a smart watch on (Amazon) which was shown on my Facebook ...But when I entered the details of my ICICI Debit card number..It was deducted 15, 100 ₹ from my Bank account without confirmation..I also called inAmazon customer care number..But the customer care executive said me that it was not Amazon site..But It was Fraud site...So then I went in the bank..But they said that they can't help me with this deducted transaction from my account..Plz Solve my issue..
