This is for your kind information that we bought one vip suitcase Elanza 69, red colour RL 1621 on 1 st march, 2018 from vip world, shristi enterprise, beltola, CID, guwahati.they couldn't provide us the cover of the suitcase at that time and asked us to come on the next day. In the last month I went to the showroom a lot of times, but they were very reluctant and showing least interest in providing me the cover.its a harassment to me.I went yesterday also, they had no cover.
