Dear VIP Team,
I had purchased a Carlton Bag at VIP outlet in Mysore, Karnataka and I moved to Netherlands to work purpose and during my transit to the TSO lock is broken and when I reached out for international warranty assistance, I have no updates this so far.
But unfortunately, the team has send a new bag to my INDIA address and what I am gonna do with the broken bag in a different country ? and how will I travel using the same. If you have assistance of "PROVIDING INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY" Please advise the same to the customers while selling it saying warranty is supported in only Home country and "NO INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY"
It's two month I have been following up over [protected]@ [protected]@vipbags.com and there is only response saying we are looking into the issue with concerned department. Was this information helpful? |
