I purchased a skybag strolley from BigBazar Serampore WestBengal on 10/04/19. On my first trip while leaving home the handle tore on 15/04/19, I had to move around the entire trip without the support of the handle which was a tremendous harassment. Upon returning I deposited my bag for replacement as I experienced a lot of trouble due to the manufacturing quality of the bag.
