VIP — Wrong product delivered, Non-responsive customer service department

I would like to inform you that I have received the wrong product. I had ordered an Intern 2 Bag and have received Yolo. There are significant design and price differences between the two. In spite of calling the customer care, emails, whatsapp, I have received no response from your side. Your customer service says they will forward my email to the Concern Department, after which I receive no reply from the "Concern Department". I have trying to send back the wrong product the receive the product which I ordered since 7th July now.
