Dear sir, my name is j bhowmik. I booked 5 pcs redmi note 4 refurbished phone on viral deal on september 3, 2017. I received a bogus phone on september 20, 2017. It is a local company phone that is maxfone and it is not android and is not working. My order number was [protected]. The awb number of delhivery courier was[protected]. I want my money back from viral deal. My phone number is [protect]. I am sending the video of that phone that i received. It is a local phone not redmi note 4. I paid 2749 per mobile by axis bank credit card. I want action on viraldeal and want my money back. I am also sending the video o[censored]nwrapping of received wrong product. Please help me.
