Dear sir, my name is rupeshkumar dinesh dashre. I booked redmi note 4 refurbished phone on viral deal on september 11/2/2018. I received a bogus phone on september 22/3/2018. It is a local company phone that is maxfone simple keypads mobile phone and it is not android and is not working. My order number was [protected]. I want my money back from viral deal. My phone number is [protected]. I am sending the photo of that phone that i received. It is a local phone not redmi note 4. I paid 2749 by icici bank debit card. I want action on viraldeal and want my money back. Please help me. Viraldeal is not responding any mail or on phone that was given.
