Dear sir, my name is abdulaziz. I booked redmi note 4 refurbished phone on viral deal on september 25, 2017. I received a bogus phone onnovember, 13, 2017. It is a local company phone that is maxfone and it is not android and is not working. My order number was [protected] the awb number of dhamalcourier was[protected] i want my money back from viral deal. My phone number is [protected] it is a local phone not redmi note 4. I paid 2749 by sbi bank debit card. I want action on viraldeal and want my money back. Please help me.
