I have availed Canada PR from Visa Avenue. I have submitted EOI document for filing the application to Priya Sharma on 7th Jul 2022. Today is 11th Aug 2022. I am still waiting for application to be filed.

I tried reaching Priya so many times. She does not pick the call. I was able to connect with her once in 3-4 days after making so many calls. When we were able to connect she mentions that she was not having any missed call.

Its more than a month now still my application is not filed. I am emailing her for status and she does not respond for status.

Please help me how to go about this.

    To begin with, 12000 was charged for providing the right guidance and filling in paperwork for a basis tourist visa. The only service which entails is to guide the customer with the correct purpose of travel and ensure that the consumer has all the information needed to make a sound decision in a timely manner. If you take this service out itself, then the 12k charged is daylight robbery. For filling in few documents, which also took over a months time to be filed. Post which when complained, there's only harrasment and yelling that we've received in the name of customer support. These scammers deserve to be dragged to consumer court, so that they can stop extortion of money in the name of services that doesn't exist. I need the full refund and i will ensure there criminal acts are being informed across platforms.

      Please help me! My name is Praseed
      I visited Visas Avenue in the year 2018, and they explained me all benefits of Australian PR and told to make payment first and then register for IELTS/PTE to clear.
      They were more focused on payment and told make payment first.
      Regarding PTE always specified it is basic english to clear.
      I was new to know all this so agreed to there points and made payment of 82600/- Rs. Once payment done they assigned one case team to make track of my progress.
      When asked for any help they behave rudely or they shuffled the team and made the PR process journey in a more complex manner. I have given all my documents as they have said and some documents required bit time, and I have provided it.
      Mahesh and Sowjanya were the persons who messed up my PR process and i don’t want to continue this cheating process. So I requested for a refund, however they have denied by mailing a usesless matrix tracker.
      It is really pathetic to get to know or work with them.
      These people says professional and don’t understand customer concerns and try to loot us by talking good and we innocent people get targeted always.
      I really want your help. My 82600/- Rs. is in their pocket without giving proper service. Please help.

        Dear team,

        I am writing this mail to bring to your attention the utmost negligence and unprofessional attitude of your staff Priya Sharma who was my case officer for Canada migration.

        I got my invitation for express entry 2 months back and today was the last day to submit my profile. Initially my case was handled by Mr Rajeev and after Priya took over, she literally kept asking each and every document again and again without even checking the already provided details.

        During first week of November she asked for updated bank statement and bank letter.I shared the bank letter which I used for my Ontario Nomination four months back along with updated FD certificates. She didnt even checked those documents once for almost 2 weeks and on last friday she came back to me asking for updated bank letter.

        To obtain bank letter requires few days and I was able to get it from bank only today. And today she infomed me that the profile got expired and I had to wait for next draw. The team had almost two months with them and they were waiting for the last day to complete the process, which is totally unacceptable.

        Even on 12 th november after saring the requested details I had dropped her a mail asking if there is any pending documents and I dont understand what she was doing all these time.

        I want proper action to be taken and need assurance that my case will be submitted during next draw. Otherwise I need to have complete refund of your fees as well as the amount I paid for OINP. If you need my trial mails I can share that too.

            You guys made me fool by charging me 70k just for filling express entry form. Don't you guys think if one can go write ilets, then can read and fill form as well??
            I am hitting my head in a wall after paying you so much. Purpose of taking consultant is to get expert advice and loopholes to get pr. Ehat you guys suggested? You don't even reply emails on time, don't give a call back.

            Yes, That is the problem, to the case manager to whom we were trying to reach never gave a call and instead said they can't call as it is not allowed and for one question in email they take 7 days to reply. After I wrote here they could make a call??

            I know, things will remain same as it is. You guys have been useless till the time I joined you. Now, I request you to not help me anymore because I have filed complaint miltiple time. Everytime you arrange a call with case manager who is already useless.

            Please arrange a call with your higher authorities, I will show emails from you guys which will show you guys have given 0 support except filling one express entry profile. Instead I am only crawling and calling to your people again and again.Did I pay you so thay you people can mentally harras me and show attitude???

            I do not want call from case manager. Arrange a call with your senior. Don't try to make me any more fool. I need a refund and that is final.

            And if swati is still working, ask her how nicely she made us fool. After paying you she said now somome else will handle your case wherein when we came she said ahe will look after .. from the very first lie I lost the trust and since then I am trying to be patient so that no one loses job. But now I can't take this mental torture.

            Just in a simple words- I want to file a refund. That's all.

            Advice- Get some competent staff, this is hospitality sector. Don't play with people careers. I truested and wasted so much of my life's time by trusting your people. Such a fool I am.

The team called me today in the morning then I realized, My service receipt and agreement shared to me within 24 hr of payment made, Due to my busy schedule I couldn't check my email, With Hema tried to call back at the part of follow up, But I could not pick up call because of my personnel engagement, with my heartfelt.                 I had received my ita with help from visa avenue last minute right before the submission they realized they had made a mistake in my application during application due to which i had to decline my invite. Since then the crs score have risen exponentially and i havent apply to receive a fresh invite. All due to simple negligence in filling up an application form. Which was their only job.

                  I have approached visas avenue hyderabad to process our application for pr in australia. We were initially met by mr abhishek and ms jyotsna who convinced us that we made the right choice by opting for visas avenue.

                  We paid our hard earned money of close to a lakh to them in the month of august 2018 with the assurance that our application would be processed within 6 to 8 months. We didnt receive any communication till the 6th of october..

                  Here comes the very interesting part... We were initially informed that the anzsco code we would be assessed for was 312512 by our case coordinator mr pavan duggu, and relevant documentation was sent to them, after a few days mr mahesh calls us and tells us that i come under a different skill 312511 we spent so much time making the cdr's & cpd and the summary statement only to be later informed that the code is back to 312512.. This information was given to us mid january 2019.

                  When asked why wasnt the same assessed properly in the first instance, all we get is a pathetic apology. Its now been a waste of 4 precious months of our time money energy. Moreover we pressed for the application to be processed on a priority basis, but it seems that our many requests have had absolutely no influence on your teams tardy working. I shall be glad to know when exactly do we expect to actually start with the application, the delay n your teams part is causing considerable embarrassment.

                  Please intimate us on the start of our application and necessary actions as soon as you receive this email. We may be forced to ask for the entire refund and cancel our application with visasavenue and go to a more reliable agency.

                  Its now upto you to salvage our belied expectations

                    I had a very worst experience from visas avenue They don’t know how to process for skill assessment itself for Engineers Australia. They don’t even know how do the login itself to engineers Australia properly. The escalation team they have is what they say in the agreement but it’s just fake. They will again push it to the same person who was dealing it. We have wasted our year and money for the Australian PR. Even though their internal teams are taking months to validate our documents multiple times, the Engineers Australia team has rejected the documents at the first instance itself stating not relevant, not in format. They don’t help to prepare any document, the sample which they provide that format will not be relevant. They don’t know the pricing properly required for the skill assessment and what all the options available to process for skill assessment. No co-operation from them to do a follow up. They will speak nicely to claim long years of experience they have but nothing they do. I have lost paid money to Visa avenue and for the skill assessment totally 1.5 lakhs and also got 12 months BAN.I have all the mail communication with me as a proof.
                    The team who was processing was lead - Sudeepthi, senior specialist -Maheesh and executive - Praveen.

                      Initially one of my friend referred me visa avenue and suggested about canada visa. When i went there they explained me all benefits of canada visa and told to make payment first and then register for ielts to clear. Same things complained by email then they started answering my emails but no help was provided and ielts is not a basic english as they told it is a advance english required to clear this exam and i have attempt and already spend 50, 000 on this due to.5 or 1 score i was not able to clear. Same way i asked for help they started to agony on me and told can’t you clear ielts don’t you understand english. Behaviour was suddenly changed. So i asked for sweden visa help but they denied and told no we don’t process. So i told my concern they said it’s your problem don’t tell us. Promita is the person who was very rude to address my problem and i don’t want to go anywhere now. So requesting many times for refund. Then they started telling we don’t refund as you have signed all the documents but they made everything urgent when told they said it’s your problem to trust and sign documents. It is really pathetic to get to know or work with them. After a complain they agreed to refund 20% but later denied to refund. I asked for refund 70% at least. Now they say we will not give anything go and register and clear exam. Please help me to get my money. Such people says professional and don’t understand customer concerns and try to loot us by talking good and we innocent people get targeted always. I really want your help. Please help me. Now i don’t have money to appear for exam. Many times i told them this. But ignored my concerns. They talk what they want too. I really don’t want innocent people suffer with such consultant.

                        It is bring to your notice that i have faced issues regarding my visas consultant. Two years back i have considered getting visas avenue services and i was assigned case manager name kanika manchanda. She was handling my case for one year and after that my case manager changed to deepali negi. Later on i was in contact with gaurav case manager again changed. Now i am dealing with madan. I paid them 65k at first day of my services. Later on they asked me to submit documents and whenever case manager changed asked me to submit documents. I have not received any kind of positive update. I can not even talk to their head so i. E i can explain about what is happeneing and y my things are getting delayed. I had a word with keerti she got a big mouth she does not even bother to listen she said u want to cabncel pls cancel the case after two years. They have looted me and m now with nothing no update nothing. Pls help me in this pls pls i feel like cheated

                          I have approached visas avenue for canada immigration guidance initially. Based on my profile and ielets score promita, from mg road branch bangalore suggested me to proceed with sinp province nominee program.
                          During the consultation she told that the occupation list will not change immediately. That is the only reason i have availed their services by paying 63500 rupees.
                          How ever after paying the amount that too not even in 15 days sinp occupation list got changed and my occupation got removed.
                          As i completely ineligble for the process, i have asked for the refund since they didnt do any service for my application.
                          But after approaching for many times they are not willing to refund my money and trying to cheat me by showing agreement without doing any service.
                          My sincere advice to everyone is please stay away from this consultancy and save your valuable hard earned money and also please share your suggestions so that they will not do this kind of fraud and cheating with other citizen.

                          Hi Guys, I am working again with Visa avenue team . The only thing is the rules and regulations which will keep on change which is the problem on which no one has control. If you can't wait with anyone then fie the application at your own risk. This is my understanding . First decide your self and be prepare for all the consequences when approaching anyone. After taking the decision we need to wait as these things will keep on changing. If the applicant has favorable conditions then definitely visas avenue will help the applicant with the further processing. No need to blame anyone here in this regards.                             This company is fraud, they just take your money in full and after that they wouldn't do anything on your case and start blaming you including managers that your documents are fake so it's your fault that they can't process your application. They don't do what they promise before taking your money, after that getting a refund is a big hassle with them.
                            I am not a fake reviewer here who is getting paid for posting this comment here you can contact me on [protected]@yahoo.com and i can share all the communication i have had with them and all the hassle i had to go through even after paying them. They are just robbing you off of your hard earned money and after that call you a lier and a cheat because they don't want to give your money back and they can't handle your case. Go to any immigration consultant of your choice but not them.
                            They are fraud stay away from doing business with them you will not only save your money but also your time and loads of tension. There staff is rude including there managers. If still you choose to do business with them then do it on your own risk as you will posting the same review after few days or months here.                               We approached visas avenue at bangalore and our experience was horrible. The executive was just bothered to sign up and collect the fees. We asked for a clarification regarding our education and they said she will get back to us, but whenever we call. Either she doesn't answer the phone and when we call the landlines, she is not available.
                              We have sent emails and messages but no revert and we were ignored badly. They are not professionals. And just desperatell to collect the fees amount.
                              I strongly suggest to do thorough check before proceeding with them .

                                Firstly, the process for obtaining PR was not explained clearly by Diana Cooper.
                                Inspite of informing my complete profile, I was not guided properly as my wife, who has a computer science background and experience in IT, would have been an ideal candidate for application with me as add-on. This move would have saved us crucial time as well as filling up of the RPL was very time consuming.
                                Shockingly my case manager at the time of filling my assessment wth ACS Ms deepti Kaur did not review my documents. When I realized that there were multiple people involved, with no one having a complete idea of what was happening with my case. I tried to get a complete picture through a conference call ashwani, neeraj, kapil arora, deepti ) but that clearly showed how unorganized Visasavenue functions as the employees started blaming each other in call for not reviewing the documents before filling for assessment. The only solution offered to me was to be patient until the ACS completes its assessment.
                                I was asked to file under the Business Analyst (with an annual quota of 1800) category but ACS replied back that my qualification and experience is more suited towards System Administrator (with an annual quota of 2400). This clearly shows that Visasavenue failed in rendering their services.
                                Even the simple thing like interpreting the result from ACS was done incorrectly by Ms Navneet Kaur (Date- June 13, mode of communication - Email) as she told me that ACS assessed me to be experienced for 7 years instead of the actual assessment of only 2.7 years.
                                I have been trying to contact Mr Neeraj (tried calling him more than 10 times since a week to find out about my case and future plan but didn't get any response. Not knowing what to do I reached out to Daniel on July 1st as a final resort as well. Today, I have received an email from Neeraj that i have to wait till September with no fault on my end. Also the email was so blunt as never expected.
