I have reached vishal mega mart badaun where i bought some items i have a problem.in one of them so i replaced that item the old bill was taken from the manager of the mart then i took my replaced item and get back today another item of that products was defected so i go back to mart for replacment i told them that they have bill so i showed them online invoice they refused the bill and used abusive language. And said me to complaint online on there custumer care office and said do whatever i want to do they will not replace then custumer care officer tell them to replace they changed there talks. this is worst behaviour from team vishal...

Behaviour of staff is very bad.
I am cleaning floor in Vishal mega Mart when we were shopping here. Staff told us that no housekeeping person in Vishal mega Mart. So forcefully staff has cleaned the floor. So request you please take hard action against her.

I have done the shopping in Karnataka shamraj pet branch on 8.02.23, on that I billed 2800 rupees and I got the coupon of 300 rupees and to redeem next shopping and they said that it will be get the sms on next day but it's not received and I called to customer care they suggested to visit any branch of vishal mart to redeem so I visited at attapur branch in Hyderabad and done the shopping of 2500 rupees after done the billing and told it's not updated the coupon so he cont redeem (sandeep store manager id:[protected]) and ask to do next time shopping then also need to buy 2000 worth shopping to redeem the same.

Please clear the issue immediately.

I went to your store at B.T road near kamarhati kolkata-700058, west bengal . Today (07/02/23) I had purchased a T-shirt [BRINK(size L)red in colour ] this t-shirt was in the rack of rs.99 there was a tag available there, I asked a employee of vishal, who was present in that section he informed me that the clothes which were in this rs99 rack were of rs99 only this t-shirt is also of rs99 .So I had taken that when i went to billing counter, they informed me this is of rs 129 and i have to pay rs 129 I asked him, " why I have to pay 129 ?" it is in rs99 rack and I had already asked from your colleague. He said I have to pay rs 129, I had paid my bill . There was person sitting near the billing counter I asked him - "kya aap manager hain ?" he said "yes" I Informed him this issue and ask why I have to pay extra sir, he said that the amount which is mention here I have to pay that amount because of "L size " .I told him that I had already asked from your employee, he informed me that item which were in this rack is of rs99 only .
I had asked him sir if the t-shirt is starting at rs 99 instead of rs 99 tag you can put the proper tags . He is very arogant and he is not at all ready to accept customers suggestions. He started shouting at me saying " itna kya paresani kya hai apko saman lena hai tbhi aya kijiye aisa sbb persani create kerne k liye mtt aya kijiye . From this behaviour of the manager I will never ever visit to any of the visal mega mart in my whole life, also imform my close one to not visit a place for shopping where the employee disrespects customers infront of public . This is really very Shameful thing .He is challenging the customers to take action against him.
Threfore I request you to take strict and stringent action against him .

Yesterday also same problem. No body responded. Very bad on VISHAL MEGA MART.

Hey my name is rahul kumar.i have bad experince with ur store. You have security guard for parking is using abuse language on customer and take charges for parking that is free. There is no sign where there is mentioned about the parking is free and secuirty does not provide right information about the parking where it is free

Myself DEEPAK SINGH .I buy a black wavelength jeans pant from vishal megamart situated at purnia Lucknow. In 1 month's period its colour completely down and look like grey I complane to puri vishal megamart.
The product is completely useless and rough very.
Very bad experience.

Yesterday I purchase items from vishal mega mart over Rs2000.. I got a message that I'll be getting Rs 300 off on next purchase. So on the very next day I went to vishal mega mart to purchase items again so I can avail the Rs 300 off but to my surprise I'm being told by the worker there that I had to make another purchase of Rs2000 in order to avail the Rs 300 off.. I'm dumbfounded coz this means vishal is harrasing and looting innocent customers by making them pay more and more... Which is in my case it's not just Rs 2000 will I get the Rs 300 off but I had to spend 4000 rupess to get the off.. I want clarity on my issue and such advertising to dupe customers should be taken into action by the consumer forum

Today ! i was going to vishal mega mart, arjun nagar, near gopalpura bypas !
his employees treated me like theif ! and opend up my clothes because of their fault ! their mistake !
i feel maintally harred by their behave like that ! i feel lost my reputation in front of many people around us !!

Apke yaha ka billing process bahut hi bura hai or carry bag to use bhi bura hai agar koi emergency me saman lene pahuche to billing me hi fasa reh jata hai carry bag ki quailty bahut hi jada poog hai plz ise change kariye

I visited vishal megha mart sri Ganganagar on 14th jan 2023. I purchased some products & paid through upi successfully but I didn't get bill of products Even I said 3-4 times. Counter staff Tamna behavior was very rude.I gave feedback in feedback register but she said I doesn't care about feedback.she was talk very rude with the customers. At the time of billings she doesn't add my previous reward points.

Employy behavious miss behave and says ki lena h nhi chle aate h. time pass krne.
WRONG OFFER RECIEVED
The employee says and explain about the offer and clearly it is mentioned their but at the time of billing the offer not received and the biller says ki yeh bhi chahiye ki fresh pe bill krdein.
Bills are not ok or at the time of checking of bills the offer not there.
THE TEAM OF VMART MISS BEHAVES AND USING ABUSING LANGUAGE AND INSULTING NATURE OF VMART TEAM AND THE TEAM MANAGER IS NOT ANYTIME DURING STORE TIMING. AND SAYS ALOT BY TIME AND HAVING VIDEOS AND COMMENTED BY EMPLOYEE AND ABOUT THE OFFER AND ALL . I want proper action towards the team specially the four of employee who uses unrespectful language and shares wrong offers to the customer and using abusing language at the time of billing counter and speaks like the DON of V mart. And every customer coming from Hell

I purchased 2165 product three transaction done by me for this purchased all of the transaction payment transfers to our store but they says that I didn't get any payment

My mother met an accident due to carelessness of staff members. It's very shameful that they used to make groups and doing gossips all around but they don't keep the things on place due to which my mother got sever injuries. Many people are unhappy with this behaviour of the staff. It's my humble request to you that please do the needful .

They are fooling people they are charging the price of product in the name of free product today I visit Vishal mega Mart and in the name of redemption of rs 100 loyalty points they are charged rs90 of that product
